I’ve been taking these for over a week and I’ve noticed that I’ve been sleeping through the night more and it’s helped with some of my GI issues. Great value! When I first saw these pills, I thought they’d be hard to swallow because they are large but surprisingly, they were easy to swallow. There was no taste. Recommend!

These have helped be wind down before bed and have an easier time going to bed. I sometimes have problems with anxiety this helped me feel less anxious at times. I felt I could think a little clearer as well. I don’t have a problem taking medicine so to me these were quick and easy. I didn’t really notice a taste. I do think it’s on the more expensive side.

With just a few days of taking these tablets, I can’t tell much of a difference. I haven’t been working out like normal though so once I get back into it, I will see how effective these are with limiting my muscle soreness due to strength training. The smell is a bit strong on these upon first opening but I just swallow them with my favorite drinks and can’t taste much. The packaging is direct and to the point and informative. In terms of value, I’d say it’s within range of other magnesium supplements.

I started take to help with period cramps. I didn’t notice a difference this last cycle, however, I do feel like I have had less anxiety. I will definitely keep taking to see if it continues to help and hopefully I just hadn’t been taking it long enough and will help next month more with the cramping. The pills are easy to take, but it does recommend with food.

Started taking this two days ago! Was first surprised by the big tablets because I actually hate them, they usually hurt my throat, but this is really different, although it’s big but easy to swallow! I noticed that I slept better these 2 days I hope it’s not a placebo. I found really effective, tasteless with the required ingredients, really liking it and I am waiting for the full results.

I like this magnesium supplement. I like that it’s vegan, gluten free as well as without any artificial colors. It works well for my muscle cramps. It’s easy to swallow and I prefer the Magnesium Glycinate to the Magnesium oxide, as it doesn’t give me any GI discomfort.

These have been fine for me. They’re a decent size but not too big. And relatively easy to swallow. I don’t notice much of a taste before swallowing. I appreciate that they contain highly absorbable forms of magnesium. I’ve noticed that they help with leg cramps during the night and sleep overall. I’ve also noticed an improvement in regularity.
