The back camera could not be connected properly. It showed up on the screen for maybe 10 seconds then could never be connected again after I managed to sort the wires. Exchanged for a new one, of which the back camera never worked. Had to get refund in the end. Then found a ex-display unit of duel camera MiVue 840 in local JB which worked fine. Would recommend MiVue840 or later version which has different type of wire connection then MiVue 830.

Has night vision and also a rear facing camera. A present for my daughter, no complaints as yet. My sister-in-law also bought one for her husband. Service form Appliances On Line - impeccable!

Good for the price but the dashcam and its desktop app are both not intuitive. No SD card included. Installing was a breeze and took less than 20 mins. Extra long cables too. Getting a good angle of the road (symmetrical) or parallel to the road is a bit hard and the pivot mount for the front cam is extremely tight. Feels like it will break if anymore pressure applied to make it move. Traffic cam warnings are pretty good. Decent to Good video quality but nothing spectacular. It would have been great has they included a pivot mount for the rear too. Rear cam however does have a rotating joint so angle adjustment is easier.Needs a separate hardwire kit for parking mode installation.

This is my 3rddash cam. First two failed. Very good camera, speed camera alert works well. good quality vide with GPS and speed tag. highly recommended.
The few issues I had was the cables were faulty from get go. Called Navman straight away and have had to wait 10 days for more cables to be posted out to me which has now fixed the rear camera and both work fine.
Nice camera and records well. Just had problem at first set up as I didn't plug in fully the 5m cable. But everything works perfect after that.
It's a great product. The front and the rear camera works perfectly. There's a trick for the rear camera to start recording. You must turn the nob!It's super easy to operate. There's a friendly user interface. You can remove the camera from the windscreen mount without trouble.The only thing I didn't like was that the screen is always on, and it hurts my eyes at night time.
Its pretty darn good. Besides the light weight, small form factor, high res video and the ability to take high memory capacity sdcard - it'll even warn you of them pesky speed camera if you set the time / date via GPS. The only problem here is that the rear camera cable is pretty short for my van. Reckon if it's a car, 5m cable is good enough. Currently emaling them navman guys if there's an extension available. Tried a third party cable - doesnt work.
I brought this August 2022 and have no end of issues with it . Had it back to the store for fixing but still problems. Requested for money back !!Never purchase again and not recommended
A neat little unit. I hard wired the dash cam into the vehicle using the 'smart box'. I would prefer to have more options for how long the camera records for after switching the vehicle off. ^Hrs seems a bit excessive, 30-60 mins would be plenty.The dual camera set up uses a lot of memory, I installed a 128GB SD card and it holds about 7Hrs of video before it loops over again.Using the mivue software to view footage on a PC is simple, surprising how much conversation it can pick up from inside the vehicle.A good unit, we will see how long the internal lithium battery maintains the setting for.
