So far I am satisfied. I think the vélo is high quality. I would wish that the vélo came with a hard copy of instructions in my language it’s not German. I don’t really like reading instructions on my phone. I would advise anyone to take that extra one or two hundred euros jump and buy this vélo. It’s worth it.

Very good quality, easy to use and light to handle , i have done about 100 klm in the short time i have had it, Motors along great with plenty of power and versitile gear changes, it folds up great to fit into car, very happy with purchase.

Speedy, efficient service

Bought this to replace my non-folding ebike as I don't like using bike carriers. Arrived three days after ordering. Only had to unfold, attach pedals and insert seat post then ready to go. No difference in performance compared to my 27 inch wheel existing ebike. Looks great, sets off easily from stationary, performs well. Haven't needed to use power levels 5 and 6 yet. Delighted.

I ordered this on monday it arrived on the wednesday , looks very well made and works great I was a little worried when i purchased a bike with 20" wheels but it rides like a dream i have done 15 km on it with uphill bits and didn't break into a sweat it was so easy to ride, and i'm a 55 year old who hasn't ridden a bike for at least 20 years , only 1 slight downside was there was no instruction manual with it apart from one to show how to connect the pedals and one on battery care , best thing i have brought
