Find these really good to use in runners
I was told by the pediatrist I’d be walking in air and this is not the case!! The soles are too thick which means my whole shoe is tight and uncomfortable. I have since buying them, removed them from my shoes.
I developed seisamoiditis (inflammation on ball of left foot) earlier this year and no one could help me, I was in constant pain when walking until I tried these insoles a few weeks ago. Now I use them in all my shoes, sneakers, slippers etc and NO PAIN!! Not only are they cleverly designed for problem feet, but the material used is so comfortable. This combination takes the weight off the ball of my foot and relieves the pressure there and hopefully gives it a chance to heal completely. Wish I had found these earlier and saved myself months of pain. Great product.
i am standing all day and have arthritis in my ties. these insoles work wonders! no heavy legs, no pain.
