My GP made several attemps to clean my ears unsuccessfully which led to me leaving their office with a busted ear drum. At the time I didnt know abouttear in my eardrum which left me in so much pain I had to be seen by an ENT within a few days. Therefore, when my spouse also needed their ears cleaned we opted for the over the counter ear wax kit removal. One attempt to clean their ears using the kit was a great success!

I purchased this for my son. He was having difficulty with his hearing in his left ear and minor pain due to wax buildup. We tried Hydrogen Peroxide the evening before and it did very little. The following morning I went to CVS and bought this for him. After putting 10 drops in his ear and waiting 10 minutes we flushed using the saline spray. Some wax came out but not much. We then used the syringe with warm water and his ear became unblocked. The amount of wax that came out was NASTY! It was A LOT! This worked great and save us a trip to the Doctor which was our last resort.

Wasted my money on this for a wax buildup. What a joke. Save your money for the old, drops and warm water systems. Used according to directions and used the aerosol sprayer until it was empty with absolutely no results. Could’ve done a complete job in less time without wasting the money on their stupid aerosol system that doesn’t work. I’ve been doing this for many years and I’m well-versed in how to do it. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. What a joke. Don’t be fooled by the cool little tool that is also just a joke and likely to damage your eardrum. But hey, take your chances if you want.

Everything you need in one kit!
17 December 2023

I bought this kit because my right ear was partially clogged with wax and I was having trouble hearing. I was a little skeptical at first, but this kit has multiple tools to flush and clean your ears all in one affordable package. I followed the instructions, first using the drops followed by the can of saline flush. For added measures I also used the bulb flush which felt really good with warm water. My ear was cleared and hearing restored.

Great Product
1 January 2024

I am prone to ear wax accumulation. Last year, I got a hefty bill from Kaiser for ear wax removal by my physician. So, I bought this item at Walmart and it kicked out all the accumulated ear to get rid of ear ringing and to restore normal hearing. I strongly recommend this product as an effective and economical way to get rid of earwax.

Life changing!!!

If your ears are blocked and you are struggling to hear well, you NEED this! It’s amazing. I’ve used it a few times over the past year when my ears felt full of wax, and it’s worked perfectly every time and given me so much relief! You don’t need to use the silicone syringe or the ear spin safe tool. Just put 10 drops of the carbamide peroxide and put the ear plugs in for 10 minutes. Then, put the attached cup on the saline spray (I like to hover over the sink) and spray into your ear for a few seconds or as needed. Change the angle you are spraying in your ear to get all the wax out. Super simple and effective! So grateful for this product!

This product was fine, however see comments below.

With this purchase, I was waited on by Caitlyn. I asked about my 30% off & she accused me of not clipping the coupon. She said she didn’t have time for this & was upset because she had to do an override. She was very rude & told her coworker she had to go. She blew her nose, touched my receipt, put a lot of hand sanitizer on, then touched & wet the handles of My bag before hurriedly leaving. I am very disappointed by her rudeness & poor customer service.

Well made, inexpensive complete kit
24 November 2021

This is a really well made and thought out kit at an amazing price. Some reviewers have complained about the instructions but you don’t really need them. Just put the drops in your ears (peroxide mixed with glycerin so they don’t run), plug with the included soft silicone ear plugs, and after a few minutes wash with the saline solution spray using the plastic cup to catch the solution as it leaves your ear. You could also put olive oil in your ears and let it stay overnight. The earplugs are soft enough to sleep with. But remember any system like this can only do a little at a time. Depending how long you’ve neglected your ears you may have to do multiple treatments over a week or longer. And severely impacted wax may still need to be flushed out by a doctor.

Works Great
14 March 2024

After spending $40. for an ear cleaning at my doctors office, I found this kit and decided to give it a try.It is easy to use and works well. My ears are clear and clean. Definitely a value compared to the doctor and the method was identical. I’m cleaning myself before my next doctors visit.

Works Well, But Use Caution

This product works. I used noise reduction ear plugs often when playing the drums, and sometimes I can feel them compact the wax in my ear. I tried Debrox initially just on my left ear, then used an ear wash syringe and warm water to rinse out my ear, but my ear remained clogged for 2 days. I decided to try the Neilmed because I could see that it came with a saline solution for cleaning out the ear, and I figured it might be more effective than just warm water. I followed the instructions, placing 10 drops of the carbamide peroxide in my ear with my head tilted to the side, then placed the included ear plug into my ear and let the solution sit for 10 minutes. I moved my jaw around often as well to help the solution penetrate deeper. I then cleaned out my ear with ... MoreThis product works. I moved my jaw around often as well to help the solution penetrate deeper. I then cleaned out my ear with the saline solution for about 10 seconds. I followed up with warm water in the syringe I had purchased and was astounded to see the residue that came out of my ear. I flushed my ear several times with warm water until I could see no more residue, then dried it with a towel. No more clog!Warning: It is advised that you only flush your ear with warm or room-temperature water. Cool water will make you feel dizzy. Unfortunately, the saline solution in the can sprays at a somewhat cool temperature, and it instantly gave me vertigo and I wanted to throw up. After flushing my ear with warm water using the syringe, I had to lie down for a while until the nausea passed. Just beware, the product works, but since you cannot (should not) heat up the saline solution, it will be slightly cool, so be prepared to get nauseous. I would suggest you avoid eating immediately before using this product. Just my advice. That aside, this product works!!
