This stuff is nearly miraculous. I follow the directions exactly and it has done wonders for me. I have not had noticeable or long lasting respiratory disease, allergy, or sinus symptoms since I started using sinus rinse. If I start to notice seasonal allergy, I use this and they disappear almost immediately. Also, once people realize how awesome and simple this is the price will likely go up, but it’s easy to make your own solution with salt and boiled water.

I had a sinus infection over the holiday season. Now I like the nasal spray stuff but it's not great for you and frankly tastes terrible. works but no thank you. Bought this on recommendation from the doctor. 10/10 amazing. Works great. Very easy to use. I mean the yuckies do come out so prepare yourself. There is no discomfort, no damage to your nose. So incredibly helpful!

The Neilmed Sinus Rinse Kit is far superior to the cheaper competition. I originally bought a store brand kit from CVS. Bad mistake! The stem of the squeeze bottle kept detaching from the top, rendering the squeezing of the bottle useless. Also, the stem often pressed against the bottom of the bottle, making it hard to squeeze liquid into my nose. The Neilmed squeeze bottle is designed to eliminate both of these potential problems.
Do not use for SEVERE congestion. Seems like it would do wonders for a cold - which is why I gave 3 stars. But it didn’t unblock the severe congestion I have and instead, gave me extremely bad ear pain. I think the solution had nowhere to go (because it wasn’t clearing my blocked nasal passage) and it went to my ears and out of my mouth. Ended up puking from this stuff. Keeping it for when I have a less severe cold and will try again. But first time was a bummer - didn’t work and made me worse.
I've previously used the purple bottled NasaMist and the Sinugator. I feel like these two give a better nasal rinse than this sinus rinse. Both of these give a higher pressure and can reach higher up the nasal.This sinus rinse has a softer flow than the other two, even though you could increase flow rate by squeezing the bottle harder, as the opening for the stream itself is wider, the jet stream is still softer than the ones from the other two products from Neilmed. It doesn't reach as high up as the other two, but it rinses the back of the nasal cavity more. However, this is more environmentally friendly and economical than the single use nasamist. The sinugator I had broke after just a few uses. Perhaps I will try my luck with another sinugator again sometime.
I have been using NeilMed sinus rinse for almost a year and a half now since my surgery on my nose. It has helped me tremendously and I thank my ENT for recommending. I recently sent an envelope with an offer for a free sinus rinse bottle and realized when I put it in the dropbox I forgot to put a stamp on it. To my surprise not only did NeilMed send me the bottle and paid for the shipping, around a month after the first bottle came they sent me another bottle. My surgeon told me to purchase this item in order to keep my nasal passages clean after surgery (deviated septum repair). At first I just used regular saline spray in an aerosol can. This kept my nasal passages moisturized, but did not clean out the gunk accumulating while I couldn't blow my nose. I purchased this sinus rinse and it really makes a difference. It's easy to use, and easy to clean. As per my surgeon's instructions, I use it twice a day. It's serving its purpose. Glad I finally listened to my doctor!
After having a minor procedure with my ENT I was told to twice a day Rinse with the NeilMed system. It really helps with my early morning & late night coughing and perfectly clears out the sinus. No burning and feels soothing to the upper head. I have issues when cleaning my home and vacuuming and if I use this product immediately after, I will have total relief. My Doctor says it has not been proven, but I personally believe it could possibly help to keep from colds developing. All around a great product and I highly recommend to anyone having any sinus issues. Best prices are on eBay.
