My son used to have runny nose every morning. After he learned how to use it, his runny nose had improved about 70%. Also I noticed it helps him recover quicker from cold flu compare to when he didn’t use before. He is enjoying to rinse his nose each evening now as he knows it helped him
We use it constantly for rinsing out the nose. The size of the bottle is enough for one rinse, the premixed packets is very convenient to use - just resolve in water and ready to rinse. Good quality product and very effective - rinses everything out. I will definitely reorder it
