Lost a lot of hair in 2022 after Covid. Hair stopped falling out after about 3 months, but recently noticed it falling out again and my hair felt like it was dying. I’m currently on my 3rd bottle and I don’t think I will ever stop taking these! My nails were ruined from a bad salon service and were super brittle. Within two weeks of my first bottle, my nails were noticeably stronger and had already began growing. I bought this product before a minor surgery to help expedite healing. The collagen supplement is the only thing that I have added to my diet since the surgery and its the only explanation I have for being able to eat carbs, do a few low impact workouts a week and still lose weight!I am looking forward to seeing what this supplement will do for my skin, hair and nails as I get into the second bottle, but I am sold on it for my weight maintenance! I did start slow as some others recommended to make sure I didn't have any adverse reaction to the nitrates - started with taking one tablet in the am and one in the pm, then increase to two am and pm, and finally got up to three tablets twice a day.
