I have been using Neostrata products since 2007 and I am always so happy with the results. The use of the PHAs instead of AHAs helps us treat our issues without triggering others. As soon as my son's KP starts to get red and inflamed, I put this on him and I swear to you, 24 hrs later it is virtual gone. Since he's 4 and always on the move it is very hard to get him to sit for multiple applications, so I am glad this is incredibly fast acting. For anyone who has concerns over the price, You get what you pay for. While a less expensive product may work just as well, it takes us longer to get results and I have to apply it a lot more often.

I am getting treated for rosacea and acne and its beengrest as part of my routine. I use this in conjunction with the bionic face cream as some days I want a lighter feel and love this product for that.It doesn't irritate my skin, it's gentle but hydrating.
I have been using Neo Strata Bionic Lotion for several years now. I have very dry, mature skin that neverthless has a tendency to acne. This product is an excellent lightweight but deep moisturiser, and a little goes a long way. It does not aggravate any combination areas or spots on my face, and is excellent under spf 50s or foundation. It is also a good night cream, though occasionally I use a heavier one if my skin is exposed to winter winds.
It was recommended to me by a doctor to smooth skin around my knuckles which due to eczema looks old, papery, and wrinkly even though my eczema drastically improved. I am in my early thirties but sometimes looking at my hands you couldn’t tell. And this lotion helped. My sensitive skin tolerates it well and skin looks healthy now
