When you begin using this product, you may experience a slight tingle, however your skin soon gets used to the actives in the product. My only issues with this product are the amount of product that you get - I use a LOT of moisturiser so I find myself burning through this quite easily, and the fact that it’s not suitable for my skin at nighttime as it isn’t QUITE thick enough. I would love to try a night version of this product because I feel like it would become a holy grail - perhaps something with vitamin C to really get the most out of the moisturising, smoothing properties that the AHA already packs.

One thing I did dislike was the size of this product. Given it’s probably my most used aspect of a routine, often using moisturiser twice a day or would have been good to see a larger tube. However, it was a very beautiful moisturiser to use. You can tell that Neostrata are more scientific based and I have heard from a few dermatologist that this brand comes very recommended for those with skin issues

This product is good to keep the skin hydrated, the texture is medium to think and it really feels like there’s a barrier on your skin to keep it hydrated and protected but in a nice way. It sinks into the skin and has a semi satin finish over the neo strata radiance serum. One thing about this moisturizer though is the scent. It’s very clinical, almost smells like a combo of a moisturizer + hand sanitizer = this moisturizer. If you could get over the scent then this is a good moisturizer. The restore cleanser, radiance serum and Ultra moisturizer trio is a no nonsense skin care line. It performs and smells like something from a dermatologist clinic rather than a department store beauty counter. If that’s something you prefer then this is a good one. I have been using the Neostrata restore range for a few days now and I can already see a huge improvement to my skin tone and texture. I am no longer experiencing as many breakouts. My skin is quite sensitive, especially to new products; however, I haven't had any problems tranferring to the restore range. The bionic face cream has become a god-send. It applies so smoothly and easily to my skin, and doesn't begin to peel when I add other products underneath/on top of the moisturiser. My makeup sits on top of the cream really well and this acts as a great barrier between my pores and makeup.

I have used this face cream as a night cream for 5 years or more. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s so gentle and my skin loves it. It’s got a gorgeous texture, like a serum almost. My skin feels silky and hydrated in the morning. I get compliments about my skin regularly. There’s nothing else like it out there.

Nice moisturizer, not magical

At first, it seemed not moisturizing enough, but after couple weeks feels actually nice. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, which is a huge plus. I got pimples while using it, but it's hard to say whether they were caused by this product. I've decided to continue with it, will see what happens. What I really dislike is the size of it. Could be at least 50ml for that price. Also, they promise 3 samples for $75+ purchase, I added those to my basket, but they didn't come. Not sure if will order again.
