I’ve been using this Resurface Lotion Plus daily in the mornings for a few weeks now after cleansing with the Resurface Glycolic wash and the Glycolic renewal Serum. The clarity and texture of my skin has improved greatly and I’m loving how bright my skin looks. I do experience some minor burning/tingling after first applying but that rapidly disappears leaving no other irritation. This sensation is slowly becoming less the more I use the products. This lotion is suitable for dry, oily and combo/normal skin types. If you have sensitive skin I would highly recommend you do not try this as it is a very high percentage (15%) glycolic acid treatment. I use it a couple times a week because it isn’t super cheap. Honestly it’s the best product I’ve ever used. Just make sure you load on the sunscreen and keep out of the sun when you’re using it a lot (ie. I would stop using it a week before heading to the beach!).

Within a week I noticed that not only did my face feel baby skin smooth, it also made my legs and arms just as smooth! I actually couldn't believe the change it had! I started the first 3 days using it continually but backed off to using 3 or 4 times a week all over my body and face because it was beginning to irritate my skin. By reducing it to fewer times in the week it was actually helping my skin to renew to smooth And brighter skin quicker. For what this bottle costs, you are definitely getting what the product says it does. I even tested it to see if it would remove the tanner off my body and it definitely did it within one day of using this cream!! absolute miracle worker. If you have sensitive skin or regular skin like mine, I would recommend trialing a test spot to make sure you can tolerate the glycolic acid in it for how many consecutive days works for you and that tells you how frequently to use it. I also like that I don't need to use it everyday (so it's going to last a lot longer which saves money and makes spending the money on this much more worthwhile especially for the size you get) and actually helps keep your skin smooth, soft and refreshed looking. I also found it helped reduce some pigmentation issues I had on my leg which was such a wonderful surprise. Considering that it works as a face, body and exfoliant lotion, has me sold. The product goes a long way and I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family who will appreciate it just as much. Who knew a lotion could do so many things for your skin! I'm genuinely and happily surprised how much it has actually done for my skin! Yay!! I hope this review helps anyone considering this new type of cream. I'm definitely sold!

Even though the bottle does suggest it can be used on hands and limbs I wanted to marry it with the cleanser for the full effect. Due to the AHA content I opted to use this moisturizer at night only. I have combo skin, sensitive/oily and I never had a breakout issue with this. It does tingle slightly once applied but it's not painful and it does subside after a minute or some. 10% AHA is high however, I do use an 11% AHA toner so I did attribute the tingling to the AHA content. I DID NOT use the toner mentioned above with this moisturizer and I did skip parts of my normal skin care routine to allow for this test. AMAZING

The resurface range from Neostrata is incredible - it honestly makes your skin GLOW! I cant believe the results Ive seen they are amazing. My skin feels overall healthier, brighter, and also acne free. It is now my go too routine and I wouldn't use any other brand. I have also tried lots and lots of other skincare brands/products but none have compared to Neostrata! 100% worth purchasing as its a great price point, and my dermatologist recommended it to me so I know its good ingredients.

Best product found so far

I have tried many natural & or gentle products for my sensitive thin uneven skin. This cream along with using the foaming cleanser has already noticeably improved my skin tone, texture & brightness. I have had raised lump on my face for a decade that my lil one touches to go to sleep (frustrating) he mentioned it was harder to find as it was smoother after less than one week of use. I ordered 2 more. VERY HAPPY!

Just doesn't work like it used to

Like many of the reviewers here, I have also been a long-time consumer of the previous 10% Body Smoothing Lotion. It absorbed quickly, left skin smooth and exfoliated, eradicated blemishes almost instantly, and was an absolute secret weapon when it came to skin care. I even used it on my face at times. This new "replacement" formula is an utter disappointment. I would give it no stars if that were an option. It is sticky and tacky on the skin, even hours later, doesn't absorb, and doesn't leave skin with any visible improvement – not almost instantly as previous formula, and not hours, days or weeks later. Because yes, I tried this for a fair amount of time before sharing this review. The kicker? Smooth and plump skin

I have been using Neostrata Resurface Renewal Smoothing Lotion for about 4 weeks and can see visible results. My skin looks healthy and plumped. I have been applying it every night on my face and décolleté. This lotion is very lightweight, hydrating and my face feels very smooth. Lovely addition to my night skincare routine. Most of my pigmentation has started to clear out.
