This Nerf blaster is really fun to use. It shoots little rubber balls instead of foam darts. It is suitable for kids over 12. I would say this because the balls shoot out eith some force. The blaster is made well and easy to use. Just open the top hatch to add the balls to the chamber and pump it each time to shoot a ball. The balls included can be squeezed with your fingers. They are squishy but not hard. I wouldn't recommend aiming at people but you can buy the mask to protect your face. A pair of safety glasses are included with this blaster. You could easily knock down targets with it. There is a safety switch.

This is one heck of a nerf gun! Fun to shoot and fun for my daughter to find the flying bullets. Lol. We are still finding bullets around the house a few days later. This gun has a powerful shot so I would not make it a point to shoot your friend with it but shooting for target practice is fun. The gun does get lodged easily but I don’t know if it’s the gun or me causing the problem. The bullets are soft and alil sticky to the touch. The bullets could be a choking hazard for little ones so beware of that if you have little ones. Overall this is a fun gun for target practice and can keep you busy for awhile.

This thing is amazingly powerful for a nerf gun. I let my son shoot me with it from a distance, it actually left a welt and after a small bruise. Needless to say I won’t be shooting him with it, we use it for shooting targets. We can only battle with the dart ones till he’s older. Great for teenagers to shoot at each other providing they have eye protection.

This nerf gun is so much fun! This baby has some major power too. Pump action gun that shoots fast and far. Also has a safety lock if needed. It only jammed once during a nerf war we had but I think that’s bc I was getting ahead of myself shooting. Comes with 40 rounds but can hold 50,plus has attachments for additional reload canisters. With all that ammo you don’t spend so much time reloading. We had a blast with this gun in our nerf gun wars and the winner was using this gun. I definitely recommend this blaster and also the new color coded face shields are a must.

I asked my son to shoot me with it, which is what I do when ever I buy them any ind of play gun. I like to know how painful it is before I let my boys use them. Well that day ended with me having a nice red welt on the side of my ribs. Honestly, this gun is definitely made for older teenagers and adults that can handle pain. A child will hurt themselves. It’s sort of like paint ball in a way, just with less pain and mess free, plus a major price difference. First I want to recommend the full Nerf Face Mask. These little rounds can hurt and your face needs to be fully protected. Second, I wouldn’t recommend this one for younger kids. Definitely the recommended age of 14. Now I will say it’s also parent approved, too. We parents have as much fun with this as our son does! We actually want to get us each one. I don’t let them use it in the house. Really it wouldn’t be as fun. The rounds travel really far and fast. It’s very impressive and is pump action and requires no batteries. Kid & adult approved! This thing is crazy fun! Reminds me of a much safer version of an air soft that I trust my kid playing with but also, it is still fun for an adult or teen to use. My 13 year old really thought this was the coolest thing ever. Only downside was how small of an amount of the rubber balls you get. They are hard to recollect after you use the nerf gun & cannot get them all back in so,they go really quick. That is why I took one star off. I dont think you can use it outdoors because these wouldn't be good for the environment & you wouldn't want to use this indoor because they do come out with some force & speed.
