You reduced the amount of hot chocolate from 37% (I still have an old box) to just 15% and then bulked it out with milk powder. How on Earth did you think people wouldn't notice this! It's less than half the taste and cheaper ingredients for the same price... It tastes like the weak watered down rubbish from the Vending machine at work!As someone who has purchased this product from when it was first released I am disappointed that Nescafe would go down the shady supermarket path of making a nice product to build up a sales base then bait-switching it out for a poorer and much lower quality product thinking that their customers will just keep blindly purchasing it... well you are very, very! wrong. I for one, will no-long be purchasing this vending machine trash.

I bought this coffee , for the first time . A month ago, and for me it was the best thing i have tasted in a long time. The coffee and chocolate was smoothly and expertly blended together . And it even whippwd up to frothy top . I enjoyed it so much i went out and bought another two boxes , to share with family and friends , great treat to relax and unwind with , after a busy day .Perfect

This sachet was recently posting through the letter box to my house. I made the Double Chocolate Mocha as described by the instructions. Firstly, the taste is brilliant! I would say that there could be a little less coffee, however it does have the correct amount of chocolate. But, calling it double chocolate mocha could be misleading, as I feel, according to the taste, it does not have double the amount of chocolate as the regular Mocha from Nescafe (which I love). Another thing that could be improved upon, unsure how to, is the amount of froth. I love a good amount of froth for my mocha however once I stirred my drink to ensure the floating lumps of chocolate and coffee were dissolved the amount of froth was significantly small. Lastly of my constructive criticism, perhaps just my personal taste, but I did feel that the drink had too much sugar, I would rather the bitterness of chocolate to come through more than the sugariness. On the contrary, there were several wonderful aspects to this drink. I appreciated the instructions, and the suggested amount of 200ml for my mocha was perfect! The colour and consistency too was excellent, and the overall taste was thoroughly enjoyable, certainly something I will be going out to buy myself!
