The product is excellent and a quality product. Wallmart's price was excellent as well! I first went to Macy's as my son told me that is where he got his. The price was $150! I recoiled and went on line on my phone and found the cheapest one sold by Walmart for $64!

My oldest daughter introduced us to this frother last summer. I decided to purchase one for a second daughter for Christmas. The frother is the hit of the holiday!! This frother had never been used (it was new in a sealed box). I had used a similar frother at my daughters so using this one was easy, quiet, faster than using the stove & delivers hot foamy milk. Ive yet to try doing cold drinks. I hope Nespresso designs a better spout in future models so the milk wont drip down on the outside wall.
I LOVE this item. It froths and heats the milk nicely. I add cinnamon or other flavors to enhance the froth. Great purchase!
I had this same foamer for years (>10 yrs) and it finally died, so I am so happy to find a used one for the next 10+ years!! It is in great shape!
This steamer is WONDERFUL and so easy to use!! I love cafe au lait and making them with this steamer is great. My husband got me this for my birthday and it is the best gift ever! I cannot say one negative thing about this product. There is no need for me to spend my money at fancy coffee shops anymore. If you go to the company's website there is a little video you can watch on how to use it. All I can say is buy it!
We just replaced the frother we had been using when it stopped working. This one seems to be working fine.
