I've had my Vertuo Creatista for just over 2 weeks now and use it multiple times a day. This was an upgrade from an 4 year old machine that was starting to fail. The difference in the newer machine very noticeable and the built in frothing wand makes milk based drinks like cappuccino and latte a dream to make. It's a little pricy but we'll worth the investment if you like really good coffee and espresso based drinks like I do. This one machine does it all...

I purchased a Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe with a gift card my kids gave me for my birthday in February 2023! Before then, I was an occasional coffee drinker. Since purchasing my first Nespresso, obsessed is the ONLY word that comes to mind. Been using the machine for about a week now. Once you figure it out, its easy to use and makes great coffee. The frother works well and the machine looks beautiful.For some reason, even when catching the flush of water in a cup to eliminate water going into the over flow tray, it still accumulates water and needs to be emptied daily.If not, you have water all over the counter. Thatās a bit odd.Set up was confusing too.

My husband bought this machine for my birthday and I am so happy he did!My coffee game has changed dramatically. I never thought Iād be able to make coffee just as good as my fave local coffee shops. The attached milk steamer is truly amazing. I use it all the time to steam my milk and heat the milk for hot chocolate (kid friendly temp too!). I highly recommend this machine if youāre an aspiring coffee connoisseur like me š
We have used our Vertuo Creatist for a week. We love it! The machine is beautiful and makes the most delicious coffee. We have had Nespresso machines and coffee sense 2010. This is by far the best of the bunch. Itās also much quieter than the other machines we have had. We love how the frothier is attached to the machine and itās so easy to make a flat white!! Just like the coffee shops we visit. We love it! Get it you wonāt be sorry!
This is one of the best things we have ordered in years. We are very happy with this product. The variable size pods, are excellent for different types of coffee. The machine is easy to clean, and the self-dispensing pod container is a great feature. The first espresso I made with this, I had to send a picture of it to my friends. We highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.
This was an upgrade from my original creatista. It is a good machine and makes great coffee and espresso. I only give it four stars because I miss the ease of making drinks I had with old one. I really donāt like the ambiguity of the buttons. This machine would be better if it has actual screens for the different drinks, instead of just guessing. That being said, Iām still ātweakingā it and figuring out everything. The old machine was much more straight forward.

Very easy to use, especially since all of the āhow to videosā are in the app & my machine is connected to app.A built in color touch screen, which started all the maintence procedures , would make this machine 100% perfect. Since it doesnāt have one , I have to watch a video first to see which combination of button presses does what. For example, I just learned one month after buying it - that you need to press the coffee button twice ( it turns a turquoise color) for milk drinks versus a single press for plain coffee drinks- no wonder why my lattes were tasting watery!!It is the least messy Nespresso machine I have ever had! I wind up spooning it off into the sink & donāt drink it a lot of the time . itās just a little bit too bitter for me personally.Excited to try the carafe option - just ordered a āpour over carafe ā accessory from Nespresso!
I love this machine! I am finally able to make restaurant style cappuccinos at home with great ease. The app gives you the recipes so it's virtually impossible to mess up your drink when you follow their recipes. Breville has been in my home for years starting w/ a food processor, then the smart oven air fryer pro, sous vide, and now this. Great job with this one!

I have yet to be disappointed and the clean up is easy. It truly is a beautiful machine. I had purchased a different machine before this but it was not exactly what I was looking for and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me return the other machine since I was within my 30 day return time. Iām so happy I made the upgrade.The only issue Iāve come across is the owners manual and setting it up. It provides pictures with minimal written instructions.
