Absolute top purchase! This is just fantastic and so easy to use. It looks great, amazing quality and makes great coffee with the single touch of a button. The pods are different to normal that I've used before so purchase direct online but with the redemption offer put that towards a pack and have months supply. Couldn't be happier!

I love the variety of coffees and espresso coffees available from Nespresso on line. The Vertuo pods are also available from Starbucks brand from Target (at a slightly higher price - naturally) I order ours from Amazon Don't buy from Bed Bath and Beyond unless you have a very good discount since their prices are about 25% higher. You can brew every size from a 2.7 oz demitasse to a small size carafe.

What is wrong with the Vertuo Next? I bought it in May and it is already acting up. Instead of filling the cup, it is filling the capsule container. Initially, I thought it was a freak accident. So, I tried different coffees and cleaned it a few times. But it keeps thinking that the cup is in the capsule container. Cleaning the machine only worked briefly. Now, I am stuck with more than 20 sleeves of coffee. Yes, I bought that much without actually trying the machine. Another sad part is that I also bought it for my mom. Nespresso, I am done with you.

I bought this for my mum as Christmas gift. They really love it because of its’ ease to use, the capsules that came with this coffee machine are very nice! Also, with the look of it, you will want to make coffee at home everyday! For all coffee lovers, this coffee machine has everything that you need!
This is a great machine loved using it but it also has a few flaws. The cup size was great actually perfect. You can just enjoy the coffee so well paired with the cup. It has enough space and it is comfortable to use. Moving on to the different cof fee flavours' have tried all the forest flavors and they were all so bitter. Maybe i did something different or wrong. Regarding the three forest flavors. There were always powdery residues left on the bottom of the cup. I didn't fancy that at all. But when it came to the cream. The machine did a great job. On the the other hand, pushing down and locking the device wasn't fun anymore. I personally wouldn't prefer it. The machine is really loud too. Fantastic little machine. Very quiet, makes a great coffee specific to the pod. Only downside is that it takes ONLY Vertuo pods that depending on where you live have to be ordered online. Heaps of other great features though, love that even though it’s a pod machine it makes an amazing coffee.
I got this Nespresso machine late November, by mid December it broke down. It started with not pouring the correct amount of water for the corresponding pod and shortly after stopped all together. Was unable to be repaired and received a replacement late January, which after 4 weeks has the same problem. There’s a major design flaw with the pod sensing components which by the looks of it can’t handle the forces generated by opening and closing the pod hatch. I will be returning the unit and demanding a full refund.
It wasn't working when I got it but I was able to fix I posted below on Reddit I just had this problem with on I got off Ebay. Looked like new but I found that the spout going to the coffee cup was not centered and tilted. I removed the Bezel around the spout it just pops up and the spout just slides out its 3 piece the spout should rock up and down in the housing. I notice the the spring was sitting under the spout lever. Once I put is on top of the lever it work fine and all the additional noise it was making was gone
