It's good compact. Only issue is finding a cup that can fit under the machine and on the drip tray. Coffee is hot and delicious!

It's good compact. Only issue is finding a cup that can fit under the machine and on the drip tray. Coffee is hot and delicious!

I already own a Nespresso Original coffee machine, but wanted to also be able to experience the Vertuo range of coffees. The only 2 negative things about this machine is: 1. The book doesn't tell you how to do the "expert" mode, but soon found out later from the Nespresso Facebook group (double press the coffee cup button - the light flashes an aqua/blue colour). 2. The machine turns off after only 2 mins. The quickest easiest way to turn it on is by pressing the coffee cup button once. Oh, the other downfall is the machine isn't high enough - so the little drip tray is useless if you want to get a decent sized cup under the spout. Even Nespresso boutiques don't use the drip tray. I just have a cloth sitting under mine to catch any small drips. We are happy with our Nespresso. Easy to use and coffee is so good like barista made coffee. I recommend this to coffee lovers that love barista coffee in the comfort of their home.
