I truly was not expecting to fall in love with this little machine. Although it is louder than a keurig it brews strong, creamy and delicious coffees. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone. It’s compact, visually appealing and brews nice and slow making the best iced coffees that aren’t watered down.

The unit functions well but the instruction book is woeful. Error codes are unfathomable. I purchased this because Nespresso were running a cashback offer of $80. It has been 3 weeks now and I am still battling to get my cashback. It's like they are being deliberately difficult. Do yourself a favour and keep away from the cashback offer.
I purchased this machine for my wife, she wanted to get a coffee machine where you grind the coffee beans.When we walked into Good Guys they had a barista demonstrating the Nespress Vertuo Pop Bundle.We were very happy with the quality of the machine and the quality of the coffee, I would definitely recommend this product.
