I got 10 Starbucks Expresso capsules for $10.00 on sale, but regular price they are $12.00 for a box of ten, this is why I say it is a very niche coffee product when compared to refillable K-cups, and the selection is very limited as well - unless you find a "capsule refill hack" on Youtube like I did. All that requires is some Glad Press and Seal and a lot of patience. It is possible, but time consuming. All in all, I did give it 4 out of 5 stars. Just be prepared for expensive or time consuming expresso and fancy drinks once you run out of the 12 capsules Costco/Nespresso gives you as a "welcome to our niche and expensive coffee machine"

I’ve had one machine for over two years that they couldn’t fix over the phone and instead of having me send it off for repairs… they sent me a label to send it to their damaged dept and sent me a brand new one before I even sent the old one off! Then, I had already bought another one bc I thought there’s no way they’ll replace the one i had for over 2 years. So, it had an issue and they repaired it for free! Let me tell you something about this Nespresso VertuoPlus machine. It’s worth every penny! Since purchasing this espresso machine I have become a connoisseur in espresso drinks! It’s easy to use and the end product is nothing short of AMAZING. If you’re like me and spent $6-$8 per day PER DRINK at Starbucks, buy this. The machine pays for itself since you’re skipping the Starbucks. This machine is advanced and I’ve only produced exquisite espresso every. Single. Time. 10/10 recommend.

I love the matte black color! Looks so good in the kitchen. I start my morning with a nice iced coffee and it always comes out amazing!! The Aeroccino3 milk frother is a nice addition to this bundle. I just hold the button down for 3 seconds till it shows a blue light to make my cold foam. It’s super quiet and doesn’t vibrate at all while in use. I enjoyed trying the different flavors that came with this set!

I am a big fan of nespresso products. Recently I added the vertuo plus in addition to my original line essanza mini. The coffee tastes great and I love that I have options to make espresso and coffee. The only downside is that Nespresso has a patent on the pods so there’s no other brands you can buy from. Also I wish the coffee was a bit warmer. Overall I love the coffee it makes and the milk frother makes for yummy lattes.

I love my nespresso machine. If you love coffee and you love different flavored coffees you need a nespresso machine. Nespresso machines give you the ease in trying new flavors without the work of buying new bags of coffee grounds and storage and so on. It’s literally just a capsule you pop in press the button and bam you have a fresh brewed flavorful cup of coffee. The frother is such a plus it has two settings as well one for cold coffee and one for hot coffee. Definitely recommend nespresso.

When breakfast is almost ready, I pour out the hot water from my cup and brew a cup of coffee in the Nespresso. If I time it right, breakfast and coffee are ready at the same time, and my coffee is nice and hot for the time it takes to eat my breakfast. A great way to start a day.

The pods are arranged by the strongest on the left and weaker on the right. It has a lot of choices which is great because it gives you an opportunity to determine which one is your favorite. I would imagine as more people purchase this machine they will be more and more abundant.I purchased this machine from Macy's because of Macy's reputation. I know that if there was an issue with it, Macy's would make it right and I would be speaking to a person. I also did compare the prices with other retailers and Macy's was the best. The only other retailer that matched the price was the one that people pay a yearly shipping fee which was clearly using AI to compete with Macy's store. Macy's has run this on sale at least twice that I've watched and second the sale was over at Macy's their price changed instantly. I would rather support retailers like Macy's instead of allowing another to become the monopoly.Macy's delivered it fast and I had no issues at all. It was a great experience. I love my coffee even more now.

Won’t last more than a year

I have had this machine for just over a year and I enjoyed using it. The coffee tastes great. However, the machine started leaking water all over my counter. When I called customer support we troubleshooted the machine and they asked me to call back if it was still leaking. I called back an hour later, and all they offered was a $65 repair or a 35% discount on a new machine in which you have to order over the phone with them. I have spent over five hundred dollars in coffee pods from their website this year and I am very disappointed that this is the only resolution they have to my problem. I will not be purchasing another Nespresso machine and will instead invest on an automatic expresso machine that will save me money in the long run.
