I have a very sensitive back and prone to acne and this product is a miracle worker. You definitely use it consistently and try not to pick at your back to prevent more acne, but when I started using this, all my backne went away! I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have honestly never seen such fast good results. I use the body wash on my loofah and go around with it all over my body then rinse, since the 2 weeks I've seen less back acne and just overall healthier and smoother skin, which I have been wanting for so long, and never knew such a good cheap product can do that. Once empty, I'm gonna rebuy it, possibly also try the other variations of the line. The only setback is the tiny beads that are in the body wash sometimes stay in the shower so you have to really thoroughly rinse the shower so they can all rinse away.

I've been using this for what must be 10 years now, but am only now reviewing it because of a recent revelation. Since I had been using it for so long - and my back, shoulders and chest were ENTIRELY ACNE FREE - I figured I was safe to start testing out new body washes that I may like. After one week, the acne returned in force. I went out and got more Body Clear Body Wash (pink grapefruit) and within 3 days the acne went away!
