The Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Deep Moisture Fast Absorbing Body Lotion is definitely a new favourite of mine. It is fast-absorbing and leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer and smoother. I also find that due to the lightweight consistency, a little goes a long way so I feel this is going to last me a while. It has a light fragrance which is pleasant but it also does not irritate my sensitive skin. I also really like the packaging as it’s easy to use with the pump dispenser. At last I have found an alround purpose cream cream that has no perfume. I uses this on my face as it doesn't sting my eyes. It is easy to apply as it spreads nicely without tugging on my skin. I am sure this is just as good as expensive facial creams and lotions promising to diminish wrinkles. Nice large bottle as well so great value and can be used as a body lotion. So versatile.Stayson the skin and a long lasting moisturiser. I use it for my hands and face. Whilst having very sensitive skin this works great and lasts me for the entire day. The fact that it does not have any fragrances also helps to avoid any sensitivity.Reasonably priced and the pumps bottle is hygienic and easy to use.
They've reformulated the lotion and its not good. Instead of being thick and creamy but drying cleanly, it now feels watery and dries slightly tacky. Will not be buying again and this was all I was buying. =/ ------New ingredients: Aqua, glycerin, isoprpyl myrstate, cetyl alcohol, potassium cetyl phosphate, carbomer, caprlyl glyco, avena sativa (oat) kernel oil, sodium hydroxide, p-Ansic acid, ethylexylglycerin, tocopherol. --- If you have problems opening the new pump, you turn the center ribbed bit with the arrow on it, not the nozzle.
Been using this for years and it was amazing. Unfortunately they have gone and improved the formula and in doing so have broken it. It's pretty much just a watered down version of the original formula. Now it feels sticky to the touch and is not so well absorbed. I've used so many Neutrogena products over 30 years because I trust the brand and the quality. Unfortunately I won't be buying this particular item anymore. I've got 2 or 3 of the old formula and when they're gone I'll probably use another brand. Hope this isn't the way forward for this brand.
This product is light weight but does moisturise well. It's not thick and greasy. I applied to my very dry legs at night and the next day they appeared a lot less dry. I will say the next day it didn't feel as though I still had a product on. My preference is a thick and creamy cream that I can feel on my skin for a long time but this product is great for people who need deep moisturising but don't like a greasy product. From first seeing the packaging of the product I thought it looked very clinical, like something you would get prescribed for a skin condition more than a product I would go out to buy for myself. I would not consider buying this for someone else for a gift unless they asked me to purchase it them. The product itself was ok, I found the consistency to be too runny for me, therefore it didn’t give me the creamy lasting feel I usually prefer. It did smell fresh and was good for everyday use I. e after washing up or cleaning to refresh my hands. I wouldn’t use it like an all body moisturiser. I have been using this body lotion for about 4 weeks now and can honestly say that I have really enjoyed using it.
