Halo top keto ice cream pops/pints are great for helping my sweet tooth. -- Drink 2-3 liters of water daily! -- Masks make acne worse so try out a copper fabric one but try to avoid wearing one if at all possible (unless you're around people all day). -- Don't touch your face or put anything on your face i.e. a blanket, your dirty shirt, hand, etc. -- I bought a few packs of Hanes men's white t-shirts and every night I place a CLEAN t-shirt on my pillow, which covers my pillow entirely, creating a clean soft surface for my face. -- I started taking DIM for my hormonal acne and it helped! If the suggested dose doesn't work try taking one more. I take 200mg in the morning and 100mg at night. It's also helped my stubborn weight come off! Of course, speak with your doctor before taking it. I like the natures way brand and the Smoky Mountain Naturals brand.

I went on a trip and left my retinol at home. Didn’t worry about it enough to by more, but I ended up with a pretty big breakout by the end of the trip. This product also is very drying so if you have combo skin/dry skin and hyperpigmentation around your mouth I would attempt to use as little as possible (just enough to cover the size of the pimple and nothing more) or wash it off after a few hours and put on some moisturizer to help reduce dryness and hyperpigmentation issues.Again, I loveeeeeeee this product. Saved my self confidence in highschool. And is still helping me in college. <3

It has no to mild scent of a topical agent product. I used this whenever i have a stubborn acne suddenly. But for me, it does not reduce the size of acne but it does reduce the redness. In packaging its says that in just 2 hours, but for me it takes 2-3 days to minimize the redness and size. Maybe case to case basis. Even on small acne it does not reduce the size after 2 hours considering it has 10% Benzoyl Peroxide a max strength. No irritation nor dryness for me upon using it. I make sure I moisturize well after. ✨Hope this review helps!!
I have used this product for years. I have had breakouts since my teens and am now in my 50's and still get an occasional pimple or two every few weeks. I don't like using a lot of products on my skin and do not wear make-up. This Neutrogena spot gel works great for my needs. When I notice a pimple starting to come up I use this in that area and most times it will take care of it before it has a chance to be noticeable. Other times when I get those annoying whiteheads that seem to pop out of nowhere overnight, I just treat it with this gel and in a day, maybe two, it's dried up and going away. I'm a big fan and I will continue to use this as long as they continue to make it.

The acne I had was constant with no improvement with other spot treatments or regular skin care routine. I read the reviews knowing in advance that it might look worse before it got better, so I made sure to use it when I knew ahead of time I wouldn’t really have to be in public for a few days. Within 48 hours, it looked terrible. Within 72 hours, I stopped use and just let the dry spots heal, and they healed very quickly. Soon after that, the acne was GONE. And not only was it gone, it didn’t return for another 6-7 months! When it came back, I just did one application overnight and it went away.
