I was very happy with the texture of the serum and I really liked that it didnt leave a tacky residue feeling like other serums I have previously used. After using for a couple of weeks I did notice that my skin looked and felt a lot smoother. Thankfully, this formula is didnt give me any issues regarding clogged pores, however, that doesn't seem to be the case for everyone. I’m almost all the way through the tube and I’ve seen no change at all. Actually, I swear my wrinkles are worse. This product made my face feel dry and balls up,peels and flakes. I have to make sure that my face is wet for it to spread evenly. I only use a tad bit, yet it leaves a white cast on my face. The first time I used it, under my eyes swole up so badly that it looked like I was in a fight. It also burns. I left a review for this product before but I guess it was deleted. I love the rapid deep wrinkle serum but this stuff is not good at all. It's more of a cream or lotion than serum. Also I ended up with more wrinkles on my forehead and eyes....that their other products corrected before trying this. Now I have to start all over again. Very disappointed because I love majority of Neutrogena's products.
On my first day using this serum, it makes my moisturizer flaky and pasty. It seems to dry out my moisturizer for whatever reason. After I cleaned my face, i put this serum on followed by a moisturizer. For whatever reason it seems to sucks the moisture out of my face moisturizer cream and leaving my face with small flaky paste like testure looking like I have danddruff all over my face. It worse when your rub your moisturizer more on your face. Also the pump really sucks. Its almost seems like I ran out on the third say of use. Not worth the $30 I spent buying this at Safeway!

I noticed a bit of a difference after only a week and a half of using it, and I definitely would recommend it. Was trying to purchase a product that I had previously bought called Rapid Firming Collagen Triple Lift Serum. It appeared that this was a new packaging but when I opened it I realized it was not. This product is in a tube with a pump and I preferred a pump bottle for easier application and storage. This new product contains retinol and I am satisifed with the product enough but preferred my original purchase which I believe may have been discontinued. Just not the best container for storage or functionality. Sometimes I wonder just WHO they use as product testers before releasing out to the open market. Just not "handy" packaging.
