If only Neutrogena had removed the fragrance, then it would be perfect. It's 2019, your skin doesn't need fragrance why do skin companies still include fragrance/perfume into their products, if anything it might cause a bad reaction if you are allergic or have sensitive skin !!!

My skin is sensitive, I bought this toner a few months ago and I very satisfy with this product. I recommend everyone should try this one.
Like the toner. It has a very refreshing feel to it and your skin feels clean and refreshed after using it. I really like the fact that it is alcohol free as some toners tend to burn when using them. Works really well for that extra cleaning after washing your face.
30+ are especially going to LOVE this toner...doesn't dry out your skin and leaves it feeling fresh and smooth.Look of pores was reduced and perfect to use before my blur cream. I was even comfortable without applying moisturiser immediately after using as it left my skin dewy and refreshed without feeling stripped of it's natural oils...very impressed...Loved it!!Great to use directly before moisturising also and also a quick refresh throughout the day and at the same time keeping your skin clean...I will be purchasing this product from now on!!
I've been using this product for almost 5 years now and I keep purchasing it because it's affordable and like what they promised, it won't really strip or dry out your skin! This product is my bestfriend!
Left my face feeling fresh and clean. No scrubbing required. Easy to use, easy to store and take with on short trips or overnighters. Such a great product. Would be willing to try any future product recommended for my skin type.
First of all, I am very interested in this product before it is alcohol free. it is rarely to see an alcohol-free toner in the market. It is amazing I am trying a product that I will not smell the scent of alcohol. My skin is combination type. This product can hydrate my skin immediately but not greasy at all. When I first applied this product on my face, I felt a little bit greasy but after a few minutes,it makes me feel my skin very moist. Basicallly it is a very mild and refreshing product.
its really refeshing but i dont think it removes every single piece of dirt and germs because whenever i do the rest of my skincare i tend to find small specks of black stuff. Other then that it smells nice and it is really refreshing so ye. I have found better toners so ill use those instead of this but its a 3.5/5.
