Review after 2 months of usage the shoes gave away after 2 months of walking reflective material at heels started peeling off worst part the inserts just gave away compressed to paper thin layer of foam tried aftermarket inserts but none worked . In the nutshell lasted just about 2 months such a pity these would have been one of the most comfortable pair of shoes Butsuch an expensive let down . Avoid of you are extensive walker.

Love this model! Got it in the black/white but it has the Gray/Teal selected for me for some reason. Anyways, it's the most comfortable pair of NB's I own to date. I like them over the 960 models. Newer doesn't always equal better, and they hit it right with the 2002's!

Very Comfortable for hours of wear. Good quality material. Good arch support and fit. I really like the style and colors. I had to have them at first site. I am enjoying them and I totally recommend.

I had bought this pair of shoes along with a different new balance shoe.This has been the worst experience ever, i will NEVER purchase from champs again.I recieved my other pair of shoes and never recieved these shoes after contacting customer services and asking where my shoes were that i had purchased they said theyd look into it and either send me a refund or my shoes. THEY CLOSED THE INVESTIGATION BECAUSE ONE OUT OF MY TWO PAIRS WAS DELIVERED.I was livid not only did i not get my shoes i stillGot charged iver $100 for the shoes i never recieved. Contacted customer service again and they refunded me for the wrong pair of shoes which were $20 cheaper than the shoes that never cane so i never got my full refund back or my shoes. NB shoes are stylish, comfortable, and a reasonable price. ASOS shipped the shoes in a timely manner. My shoes arrived securely packaged. I recommend both purchasing from ASOS and NB shoes.

I love my sneakers. The color is beautiful. They're very comfortable. When I received them they looked like they had been worn. I had to exchange them anyway because I got them a little too big. But for the price I paid they should never come looking worn or used. Besides that they're my new favorite sneakers.
Ordered up like the comments recommended. But the shoe was way too wide. Also received what seems to be the floor sample. Not even a new balance box. It has scribbled shoe size and shoe name. Unprofessional for the price.
