Attempted return of these after purchasing from ASOS - advised would need to return via NewBalance due to being dispatched by them. My own mistake of not asking for a receipt from the UPS drop point when returning as it turns out there’s no way of tracking the package via the NewBalance website. It’s been over a month since returning with no refund and neither ASOS nor NewBalance willing to look into the issue. Would avoid purchasing from them again.
Shoes not as comfortable as my other 2 pairs of 2002r, possibly because of Gore-Tex, but excellent anyway, very happy. Good deal. Will likely be back.
