The shoes came in a generic white box with handwriting on it and a return sticker. Additionally, the insert of each shoe had pet hair on it. Looks like I was shipped a used shoe.
Materials are great, the suede is amazing, comfort level is Top Tier. NB brand stepped it up, solid show overall from comfortability to style. You won't be let down if you purchase this pair of kicks.
I have to wear 2 sizes of shoes due to a prosthetic I wear on my left foot. Left is size 15 right 12. Nordstrom only charges me for 1 pair. For years every time I bought shoes I paid full price for both pair of shoes. Nordstrom allows me to buy two and because of the injury I only pay for 1 pair. First class - Nordstrom! You are first class!
Color is beautiful, comfort is out of this world, but the quality of the shoe I received leaves more to be desired for the amount I paid. Glue spots on the suede, lose threads in one of the 'N' logos. If the pair I received was the last pair at a physical store, I would sadly pass at the chance to buy them due to the quality of this pair. Slightly disappointed in a brand that I've had nothing but positive experiences with for the past 17 years.
I received the item and the sneaker box was torn, the sneaker box was filthy and the product was visible and also filthy. I ended up returning the item to the store. The associate in the store Jason was such a help.
Perfect for female feet. It looks very feminine and not too wide. Just perfect. Going to get second pair soon. Very comfortable and lightweight.
