New Balance 2002R Mule Rain Cloud

The New Balance 2002R Mule Rain Cloud is an updated version of the 2002R that offers a slip-on design without a heel. Like other 2002R models, the mule variation in Rain Cloud provides a mesh upper, overlapping suede and leather overlays, and cutouts. The mule does not house a lace cage, laces, any part of the heel, or a collar. The underfoot includes an ABZORB midsole that adds a slightly technical look. A rubber outsole grips the ground and provides a pop of black against the otherwise grey-toned base. The New Balance "N" is embroidered on the side panel, and perforations decorate the area that usually contains the laces. Our experts like the Rain Cloud and Marblehead colorway, which is slightly lighter than other grey-toned versions of the sneaker.

Excellent comfortable trainers. I bought a pair of 6 and 7 size at sale price and kept both. I normally wear wide fitting but these were just right.

Have other new balance mules like the one’s I just ordered, I ordered same size but these new shoes run smaller which makes them uncomfortable and unable to wear.

Great and comfortable

Great slip on for around the house, store or elliptical
16 November 2022

This is a replacement for another slip on NB I had that they no longer make. I am wearing them now and often wear these around the house, block, and stores. I actually wear them on the elliptical stair stepper as well. Not good for running, although I don't think I have ever tried running in them. I have a pair of 995 or whichever number NB is on now for hiking and running. Been buying them (NB 995, 991 ect) for the last 20 years or so. When I was 20 and extremely active they would last about 6-9mts, these days they last about a year maybe more. These shoes also seem to hold up well although are not tested as hard as I am much older now. NB do an amazing job of support and protecting feet and joints. I would only balk at the price as I have watched their shoes ... MoreThis is a replacement for another slip on NB I had that they no longer make. So comfy.
18 October 2023

Bought them a while ago and have only just started wearing them around the house, to break them in, and so far so good. Very comfy and I love the look they give to any outfit.

Too narrow
17 November 2022

These used to come in wide. Unfortunately, I had to return mine because they're much too narrow. Please make these in wide and extra wide. Thank you.

Unisex Mules
16 December 2022

I ordered unisex mules because I wanted grey and I don't like the ginger color of the men's mules. The unisex are too narrow for me and I have a medium width foot. Unisex is a width halfway between men's and women's width. It just doesn't work. Make men's mules in gtey.
