Comfort is 100% valid and the fit is true to size. I love what New Balance is doing with not only the collab but also their regular models. I'll be surly getting more added to my sneaker rotation 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I use my shoes for fitness walking and my wife and I walk very quickly at least 3 times a day, averaging around 7 miles. I've worn NB 990s before, but since the price went up, and this particular shoe was on sale, I decided to try it. I have plantar fasciitis and routinely take out the useless insoles and replace them with Physix Gear insoles. This works better on some shoes than others. It works particularly well in the 608s, which have a shank, which provides good arch support. On these 2002s, they don't support quite as well, because there is no shank (I hate the Rollbar in some shoes, it hurts my feet), but the 2002s are more cushiony. The 2002r were on my list for a while, and I wasn't interested in any collaborations. When these color way dropped I had to pick them up! These are on par with the same great build quality as my 990v3s! I'm very impressed with the suede material and the level of comfort! I can wear them with anything and they give me that NB confidence! Will definitely pick up in another color

I am in love with these! I wanted a pop of color but something that could still be color-blocked with deep greens, navys, etc. And the comfort level is insane! This is my second pair of New Balances in two months.
Love the neutral cream colors of this shoe, and it's really comfy! I really wish this style came in wide, though. I had to go up a half size, as my normal size felt much too narrow in the toe box. Please make more styles in wide!
Love these kicks. I wanted something like the 993's but a little spicier. These delivered in a big way. I want a pair for each color of the rainbow!
Been wanting these for some time now and let me say... worth the wait! A super comfortable shoe that can be used for everyday activity or styling with outfits! I always go a 1/2 size up with new balance and that works best for me. Definitely buying another pair
Using the product for everyday use. I've bought 2 pairs of these shoes in different colors and both shoe colors are slightly off than the picture on the site. Truffle: almost purple, grey: almost blue
I ordered these online as a birthday present for my boyfriend but the box came ripped and the shoes had obviously been worn before, the bottoms were dirty, there was a few scuff, and it was missing an insole. I’m really upset that I spent this much money on them to arrive like this. I’m pretty disappointed, if I’m paying new price, I should be getting them new.
Shoes are the most comfortable I've ever worn. Fit true to size and feel like I'm walking on air. They are also very light and very detailed. Awesome shoes
