The running shoes of the 1970s can best be described as deceptively simple. Although they lacked the visible technology and aggressive design of later years, the innovations of the 70s laid the foundation for modern performance. The 237 is a contemporary reinterpretation of the 70s running heritage, bringing together a number of design inspirations from the era in a deceptively simple, exceptionally versatile and contemporary silhouette. An EVA midsole, herringbone outsole and streamlined upper provide a classic starting point for modern embellishments like oversized N branding, an extended midsole and alligator-inspired foxes and mudguards. You could call the cohesion between the familiar feel of the 237 and the over-the-top updates the easiest way to make a statement.

I love this light yellow "Sea Salt" color in the New Balance 237! These run true to size - I wear a 6B and they fit perfectly. I put them on and walked around all day in them, and my feet felt great. Lots of support, especially in the heel area where I can sometimes have trouble with comfort. Great price on these too!

This is the cutest retro style sneaker and very comfortable as well! I'm never disappointed with New Balance :o). These were true to size and very light.

I loved the color combo but was not a fan of the fit. The toe area was very flexible and you could almost see the outline. Took them back immediately.

Very cool look however the rubber at the tip of the toe came off. I tried to use a glue but no luck. Looks terrible! Very disappointed in the quality. I wanted these to be my Fall/Winter everyday shoes. My next move will be to just cut it off.
comfortable with a fairly squishy insole. The construction of the shoe was good for the price but not as nice as other New Balance shoes
Great sneakers. I have narrow feet and these fit perfectly. It’s super comfortable for daytime wear running errands. Love the color too- I got ginger.
Really cute grey white color. They look really modern and they are extremely comfy. They do run 1/2 size big. Had to reorder because big. Width is perfect and I tend to have wider foot. Plenty of wiggle room. Hope they remain clean! Like the clean look.
Shoes are so comfortable and I love the height of them!! Def would purchase. Maybe order a 1/2 size up. If in between sizes😃
I like the way they look, but they do look a little cheap. They're so comfortable though. Probably my most comfy sneakers.
Extremely comfortable and light. Only drawback is I wish they had been just one solid color, without the pink insert, but this is minor quibble. The all-white were not available in my size.
