LOVE THESE SHOES! Super stylish and super comfortable. I have the ever-present plantar fasciitis to consider when buying shoes. For those of you with orthotics, the provided sole comes out easily. Go a size up and they'll fit perfectly. I'm a 12, bought a 13. Got a ton of compliments. Love this color scheme. The wide heel is slightly weird looking (according to my kids, who have mentioned it like 3x), but I just think they look cool.

Bought these for my daughter who needed a womens size 12 (but that wasn’t an option available). These tend to run a bit short and on the narrower side of medium, which works for her foot. Shoes are extremely comfortable and very cute. Wish the womens sizes and colors were available for her size (which is normally size 11 but again - the shoes run a bit small)

I normally do not leave reviews, but this is more for DSW than the shoes. I ordered this for my son and what i got was totally different. I got a black and green sneaker (very ugly) instead of the black and grey i ordered and what is featured in the picture. I am definitely disappointed and will be returning this but now i am afraid to reorder and have the same thing delivered to me. To think that shipments go through at least 2 levels of reviews for validation before they are shipped and no one noticed that my order and what was being shipped to me were 2 different things. Appalling!

The shoes look just as advertised. My only complaint is they slip off my back heel a little bit. Comfort wise, it's not the best technology for midsole so my expectations weren't that high for soft squishiness. It's definitely a great shoe to add for my outfit lineup and im perfectly fine wearing it for a few hours. Would recommend.
Just received mine.Great delivery and packaging.237 are an overlooked product.I used to prefer 997h as my favorite NBs but after trying these out, I’d say maybe these are better (and cheaper).You’ll look good walking down in these.Note: soul can be little slippery in wet pavements.
Around my fifth time wearing the shoes (3 weeks following initial purchase), I noticed a tear in the lining where the rubber sole of the shoe meets at the tip. Now that year has turned into a hole and continues to widen every time I wear them. I am very disappointed that the 80 dollars I spent on much needed running sneakers is now down the drain. Hoping to receive store credit or the ability to exchange for a pair that’s not defective.
I've been wanting a pair of these for a while, but they didn't have them in my size where I live, and then I found them here. It's very comfortable, but what I really liked is that most of it is leather, so it's easy to clean. From the photos at first I thought the material is nylon, but luckily it's not. However, it is not true to size, ORDER A FULL SIZE LARGER! I have EU 38.5 for all my New Balance shoes, I ordered a size 39.5 of these and they fit perfectly.
Went with 3* for the following reasons:PROS- A+ for comfort- I repeat, A+ for comfort- Solid marks for style & attractivenessCONS- I was caught in a rain storm and the burgundy & navy colors bled all over the mesh fabric lining. The stains will not come out. After air drying I tried cleaning color stains with water + Dawn and they became worse. HUGE BUMMER.-Mesh liner severely worn where right big toe rubs against it - mesh is NOT durable and a hole will develop soon.
Always been a fan of new balance trainers. However, I was so disappointed in this pair.First thing I noticed was the fact that the "New Balance" written on the back of the right shoe was completely wonky. I decided to ignore this - which was a mistake.On the 3rd wear (after looking after them very well and always putting them back in their original box) I noticed that the right shoe had torn on the inner side.For £80 shoes, and only being worn 3 times, I am extremely disappointed. They have now been returned and I will not be buying another pair.
Haven’t even started wearing them yet, but the quality overall doesn’t look super strong just by the fact the tongue is not fabric wrapped at the top. You can see that it’s clearly just a piece of foam with thin fabric adhere to it. That said maybe I’m just judging wrong. I’ve had lots of new balance and I like the brand. Will update review after a few weeks of wearing them. Seem to fit fine
