The right shoe is smaller than the left shoe. I have another pair of this same style of New Balance in a different color in the same size and did not have a problem with them. This pair is not the same. The right shoe has to be at least 1/2 size smaller than the left shoe. They are labeled as the same size but they are not the same size. The shoes look great, but don’t fit right.

Great shoe and size is accurate. Shipping time was horrible. I ordered this on April 28th and received them on May 20th. I understand this is coming from an outside source, but still this is an unacceptable shipping time frame especially from what the site describes as their shipping time. Also to pay almost $20 for shipping is ridiculous especially when it can’t be shipped on time.

I wanted a pair of trainers to wear with jeans, out shopping, to the pub etc but not for the gym or walking in the park, but a pair just to keep 'nice'.These are perfect, smart, neat, fit perfectly, very comfortable and look so fresh.I've already worn with jeans and a tracksuit and have received compliments. The suede effect part on the side of the trainers really makes them look really swish!I bought the 'Linen' colour way which is very neutral and I'd love another pair in a different colour now too. Would highly recommend!

They live up to the hype. They make every outfit instantly cooler. Sporty but just edgy enough with the textured sole and heel. I love the orange color, I feel like they add a nice pop to my normally black grey and denim wardrobe. I want them in all the colors, but especially love the orange. SUPER comfy, wore them for the first time to Disneyland and they didn't give any blisters, just comfort all day long.
I ordered these in a 9 originally but once they arrived I felt they were too loose on my feet. Returned for the 8.5 and they felt pretty snug on my feet. Now what? Sucked it up and took them on an overnight trip. Loosened the laces a tiny bit from how they arrived and guess what - they were fine! Even though my feet swell a little on a plane, by the time the day was half over they had loosened up and didn't feel snug anymore.Of course I got a ton of compliments on them - the 327's are SHARP looking (I got white with black trim and black soles) so I'm happy I exchanged them for the 8.5's. Now I want another color!
I got it for the color and it's even prettier in person. My first time getting a 327 and it feels comfortable on the feet. I thought it would be too tight given the shape but it's actually not. My feet are inbetween standard and wide so i have a hard time finding the right shoe sizes. But not on this shoe. It also fits true to size with just a bit toe room if I want to wear thicker socks with it. Longevity remains to be seen. But I'd imagine it will last for a while.
I bought some new ballance trainers of you for my girlfriends birthday and spent £100 on them. They are all marked and looks like one has make up on it. The trainers was put in a cardboard box that was massive and not sent in a nice new ballance box nicly wrapped. I'm currently in the process of sending them back. I'm not happy and has put a dampner on my girlfriend Prestatyn she hasn't been able to enjoy. I expect better quality I send alot of Money with you and expect quality. This time it was poor. I don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case and I'm sorry but I am.
I’ve never seen this on another New Balance item but the material is literally creased. I wish I’d have seen the reviews before I got them for my birthday present to myself. Oops! Because it seems a lot of people feel this way.It’s like the sort of material has made it hard to work with and there’s been too much of it added to the sides of the trainer during the making process and that material has no where to go so it’s just permanently creased in to position. Horrendous. Returned as soon as I got them. Which was a real shame.
I LOVE this color combination and the shoes are comfortable. Unfortunately, they are way too big. I had to order a half size down from my normal size because that was all that was available, and even those are too big. I need another half size smaller, but they're out of stock. Such a bummer because I'm going to have to return and not be able to get the correct size and I really like them.
Really comfy and fit well, true to size. I returned the first pair because of white speckling all over the black rubber, which I thought was a fault as none of the pictures online show it. However, 2nd pair were the same but less prominent, first pair looked like they had white paint splatters on them. I've decided to keep them as they're so comfy and I love the pink colour but think the online pictures are misleading. Photo is of the second pair with less noticeable speckling!
