Love these, but, and this is an ASOS issue not a New Balance issue. On the tongue of NB trainers there is a code, that code corresponds to the width of the shoe, telling you if you have about half an inch difference in the back of the shoe. I bought these and they felt slightly bigger than my last pair I bought from ASOS, sure enough they’re a half inch bigger around the heel of my foot-ASOS should state in the description if they’re wide footed or not, and not just put them all up as standard fit. I always size up in new balance because they’re generally too small, but I could have stuck to my original size with these 327’s-even though my last pair of 327’s that I bought from ASOS were exactly the same and fit perfectly. I purchased my first New Balance 2 months ago and they were the 574 Rugged Brown. So many people stopped me and said how nice my shoes were😍. I then decided to purchase another pair. I started to do my research and came across so many other styles that were trending such as 990, 991, 992... However, the were so expensive and I wanted to keep my shoe purchase under $100. I wanted something comfortable but wanted them to stick out, so I first started looking at the VC72s. They were different/nice but too flashy, so I started researching the 327s. I wanted to be able to rock them at work and I decided to get an all-black pair. I slipped them on and could not believe how light and comfortable they were. I wore them to work the next day with some black pants and a shirt and tie. They blended in quite well!!! I am so impressed with my purchase and now I'm plotting on a new pair. This time I think I'm going for some 57/40s.

ASOS originally shipped me the MEN'S size instead of the women's size, which was way too big. I reordered a smaller MEN's size and they shipped me the women's size, which was way too small. I reordered yet again in the women's size and they sent me a men's size. So I ordered this shoe 3 times and never received the right size from ASOS. I chatted with customer service and they offered no help and do not do exchanges, so I give up. If you want the right size, you should probably order from another website OR order 2 pair - one in the women's size that you need and one in the men's size that you need...that way hopefully one pair would be the right size and you could return the other. These shoes are so cute! The colors are really lovely and look exactly like the pictures online. This is definitely a quality shoe. As for the shoe size, I personally am a size 8 in women's shoes and I would say these are true to size. They fit me perfectly. I personally purchased these because I am on my feet most of the time at work. I wore them for a week and they were super comfortable. They are definitely a keeper!
I’m someone who’s feet begin to hurt after spending 30-40 minutes on my feet cooking dinner so I was very worried about having a lot of soreness now that I’m in clinic everyday. These shoes have been AMAZING! I spend anywhere from 4-5 hours out of the day on my feet and I have zero soreness at the end of the day. They have an interesting structure on the sole of the shoe that makes it feel like your walk has a light bounce to it. Only thing of note is I had to exchange for a half size larger. I usually wear 8 but chose to go up to 8.5. They weren’t definitively too small but my foot was right at that point that made me consider going up a size so I just went for it. I’ve been wearing them every day for a month and still very satisfied with them! An added bonus is ... Love the shoes, color and style. 4 stars because everywhere says they are true to size. Even the size guide told me to get my size based on my size in other shoes. My experience says they are .5 size too large. The toe box is long and they also slip a little. Now the size I need is not available so I am not able to exchange. The insole is slick so that doesn’t help slippage. I will insert ,a toe box snuggy and hoping this helps. They are very comfortable shoes though.
OMG these are my new favourite trainers! 🥰I just love the khaki colour.They look stylish and are a great fashion statement as well as being so comfortable. I ordered from Office and received the trainers 3 days later, with regular postage. I received tracking information, so knew the whereabouts of my parcel as it was being sent.I would definitely recommend these trainers to anyone considering buying them. Office have a great range of colours in the 327 New Balance range too. I will be back for more ❤️
I don't know how to get the size I need from ASOS, nothing indicates whether they gonna send you Men's or Women's sizes. I've ordered them 3 times so far, still trying to get the correct size. The first time I ordered them I got my regular size (6.5 US women's), they were a little too tight, so I decided to get size 7 US instead. I placed an order for size 7 US and received size 7 US Men's. My third order is out for delivery today, let's see what they sent this time. Talking to Customer Support didn't help at all, I asked if someone can tell me whether I should follow Men's or Women's size chart and received a very generic answer saying 'We're sorry it didn't work for you, send them back to get a refund'. Personally, I really like the style and shape of NB 327. So I was excited to get these however I’m when it arrived the box had taken a beating into an unrecognised shape I was surprised the trainer were still intact; the trainer were missing the filers which is important to me. Also, although the trainer is all black, they are 3 different shades of black so it that is important to you then it’s probably best you try them in store before purchase unless you are happy to return it if delivered. I like the trainer, so it wasn’t a big deal for me however even I considered returning them at some point. Super comfortable like most NB trainers and I’m happy with how they look on my feet. I've been wearing New Balance 327s for only a few months now, but I am obsessed! They are cute, comfortable, and can be dressed up or down; overall a very reliable sneaker.I was originally worried about the sizing since, depending on where you purchase, this shoe has women's and unisex sizing in different styles. Fortunately, this shoe fits true to size no matter which sizing you come across! I'm an 8.5 in almost all sneakers (Adidas would be one exception where I size down to an 8) and I'm an 8.5 in New Balance 327s!
