I previously bought the same trainers from John Lewis in a different colour, and was very pleased with them, so bought another pair. I've not worn them much yet, but they are not quite as comfortable on the heel. Hopefully, given time, they will wear in. Otherwise, customer service in the Peter Jones store was good and efficient.
