I have the 530 shoe that has a silver/white and navy blue color way and wanted another everyday shoe. This color way is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing but I don’t see myself being able to wear it with whatever I want, like my previous ones. Which is what I was looking for and the only reason I didn’t keep them. The laces were like a nude color which I didn’t love and online I thought the mesh part was white but it’s actually another tan color which limits the outfits I could wear them with.

Amazing shoes. I got these as a gift for my wife. She has been wanting new gym shoes for a while now decided to get these for her as I saw that they were very popular right now. Best decision I could’ve made. She warmed the very next day to the gym and absolutely felt how comfortable they are had an amazing workout said that she contributed that to the shoes, highly recommend for gym or casual wear

I’m not typically someone who writes reviews - these are great! Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I bought these as stylish dad shoes for walking but to my surprise they also make great lifting and running shoes. Definitely will be getting another pair in the future. Also super cute, I love the nude colors.

I have the 530 shoe that has a silver/white and navy blue color way and wanted another everyday shoe. This color way is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing but I don’t see myself being able to wear it with whatever I want, like my previous ones. Which is what I was looking for and the only reason I didn’t keep them. these are GREAT! they’re my first new balances and i was unsure if they were worth the investment and they absolutely are! they’re so light and comfy and i LOVE the color since i didn’t want a plain white shoe. i wear them all the time and would only wear these if i could. also i probably should’ve sized down half a size (usually an 8.5 in women’s), but i already wore them out but the extra space isn’t too bad. i’m sure these are accommodating for those with wide feet, i’m medium to wide.

The shoes are so cute and comfortable. I wear them out casually and to workout too. The only issue was that after a week of wearing them, the heel loop ripped off. I contacted New Balance about this issue and they would not exchange the shoes and said I could only return the shoes and have to buy them again on my own. I felt like that was extremely inconvenient since it’s an issue on their end with quality. The customer service was pretty subpar.

I needed the shoes asap so I chose 1-day shipping so I could have them before I left on vacation. Sadly the package got lost. I started a chat on their site and the agent was so kind. I then called and the man I spoke to was so helpful and nice!! He discovered that my package was actually lost and started a claim for me. Luckily the package was finally found while I was on vacation. Before I could even inquire about a shipping refund, the refund was already in my account!! New Balance customer service alone made me a customer for life. THANK YOU!
Nice design and color but not very sturdy. I’ve only had them for a month. I wear them 3 days a week just to work at my office job mainly but already the tops are creasing inwards. The material isn’t built strong enough compared to the nikes and converse I’ve had in the past. After this pair wears out (which I have a feeling will be quicker than the 2 year life expectancy I normally have with shoes), I’m going to switch back to a sturdier brand.
It's really frustrating receiving the wrong size. I ordered an 8.5 in women's and received an 8.5 in men's. It's not that hard to make sure the size is correct and you'd think after all these reviews about receiving the wrong size that they'd put more care in checking. On top of that when you return the order THEY packaged INCORRECTLY, I, the buyer have to pay $5 (it says $5 is removed from my refund) to return the item. There wasn't even an option to exchange either, just a return option.
I bought these shoes half a size smaller, as suggested by Nordstrom for the gender inclusive pair, but I also got my usual size just to make sure I got the fit right. The 7.5 is doable if I wear thicker socks, but they felt floppy when wearing my everyday ankle socks, which are thinner, so I opted to keep the 7. The footbed feels very cushiony, the width is just right for my slightly wider than average foot, and they are a fantastic color that will match any outfit. Will definitely be wearing these sneakers all fall long.
