Purchased these TWO TIMES (once thinking I had gotten men's sizes by mistake, and another time trying to fix the error, but with the same results) thinking they were women's sizes as when I clicked the size guide on this page it said, "women's size guide". I don't know if I am just incompetent and everyone else knew this, but the size range available differed from the shoes with the "men's size guide" and so I was lead to believe they were going to be women's shoes. To clarify, the shoe ordered on the "men's" or "women's" page is going to be the exact same shoe, they just don't sell them in women's sizes. I ordered my usual 7.5 and received that, but in a men's 7.5 (would be a women's 9-9.5). Bought these trainers in a 7 but had to exchange for 7.5 which fits much better in length. Lovely neutral shoe that goes with everything. Perfect amount of chunkiness. The material is slightly thinner than other trainers I own.

The Trainers are stunning, unfortunately, I ordered according to UK sizes, here 5.5 UK = 38.5 EU. not 38 like in women's sizes. They are really beautiful and look very high quality. I expected them to be very comfortable like the New Balance 574 models I have but they are less comfortable, and the sole is much harder.

I bought these sneakers in December. They took a long time to arrive. I ordered a 37,5 (European) and they sent me a 38. However, they fit nicely so I took it as it is. Overall, New Balance makes the most comfortable sneakers, in my opinion, from all the brands that I own and have owned before. Very pleased with this product. They were way cheaper than in other websites as well.
Love these trainers. I wasn’t sure whether to order because I thought they might be a bit clumpy but they are so lightweight. Order my usual size 5 and they fit perfectly. Annoyed that they went in the same less than 24 hours after I ordered
These are not correctly sized and it needs to be mentioned that these are sized in MENS. A women’s 11.5 and a men’s 11.5 are not the same size, a UK11.5 and an AU 11.5 are not the same. Your agents also should understand this. Very disappointed in this and have now missed out as they’re out of stock in my size.
So comfortable from the get go and don’t need breaking in. Trainers are super lightweight. Material is maybe a bit thinner than expected but for a summer trainer not a problem. Silver and white colour way goes with everything. If you are between sizes I would size up. Would recommend.
Was deciding between these and the navy and white ones, glad I got these they’re not too bright either, and so comfy, best trainer for city breaks site seeing walking etc. I have noticed nee balance quality going down hill compared to a couple of years ago, maybe because they are pushing out products much quicker? Bought with 20% off wouldn’t be happy to pay full price
So cushiony and light they’ve become my go-to.I went half a size up. I like to slip my feet in and out of my shoes without untying the laces so the half size up serves me in that way. But it’s for sure true to size i’d say, so depends on ur preference whether u like wiggle room for ur toes or u like ur shoes to be fitted all around. Quality-wise they don’t look like they’re built to last and i’ll probably replace them in a year. But I love them enough not to mind
I ordered the sneakers in size 37, and I received size 37,5. Ordered a size 37 again, and again I received a size 37,5. I had to return both of the sneakers, and order them somewhere else because now my size is not available anymore on Asos. Even though but the sizes were not right, the sneakers are great!
