I have searched high and low to find the perfect tennis shoes that doesn't kill my feet after my 10hr shift and 2 mile dog walk. I've tried every popular brand and this is the best by far so far. This is coming from someone with joint problems too. I want to buy a million pairs just so I never have to worry about not having them. Plus the green accents are perfect.

I bought these last week and even though the delivery said they would be here on Saturday, they arrived today. The product is great and they look like they're good quality but they are such a different colour from the photo. I wanted to cancel my order, but wasn't allowed so now I've got the aggro of sending it back which of course it's not to do with the product but with House of Fraser overall. if I'd know we're going to be an entirely different shade of silver I wouldn't have bought them. I was also misled by the price and I thought they were 80, but upon reading that's only if you've got a House of Fraser card. I feel like I've been set up for failure and it's really put me off buying Again. The sneakers is the high quality. But there is something wrong with sizes. I always buy 40Eur size shoes from other brands. But would never disappointed as this. The size is not right. It doesn’t fit. Need to buy a size big one. Or from another brands.

I love the style of the shoe but they feel sort of cheap, no sure if the one I got. The reviews say other wise. The strap on the back immediately ripped when putting them on for the first time and the inside sole was popped out? Like it moves. I have a pair of new balances from 6+ years and never had an issue. Not sure if because this shoe was so trendy cheaper materials were used. Really disappointed as I waited for these shoes to be back in stock for months.
I first ordered the wrong size from an official retailer and was absolutely sure it’s a fake due to terrible quality. But when I went to NB store I encountered the same quality issues — uneven cuts on leather parts, NB logo under the heel scuffed after a week, shoe tongue is stitched uneven to the shoe, so if I wear a dark socks you can see it through the tiny hole.Overall a decent shoe for functional training if you do squats/lunges and need stability. But I definitely won’t last for long.
Tried to order this shoe again in my size, as you can see i left a review a few days ago AND I still got the wrong size sent to me AGAIN. So disappointed. I selected womens 9 and got a mens 9. My first time trying to order I ordered a womens 8.5 and got a mens 8.5. Somebody needs to speak to their staff at the warehouse or store to fix this. 2 times in 1 week to get a disappointing order due to someone's lack of attention to detail. I work in retail myself....
It's really frustrating receiving the wrong size. I ordered an 8.5 in women's and received an 8.5 in men's. It's not that hard to make sure the size is correct and you'd think after all these reviews about receiving the wrong size that they'd put more care in checking. On top of that when you return the order THEY packaged INCORRECTLY, I, the buyer have to pay $5 (it says $5 is removed from my refund) to return the item. There wasn't even an option to exchange either, just a return option.
You guys delivered a 7.5 in Men’s when I purchased a 9.5 in Men’s. How you guys got that mixed up is beyond me. My $5.00 reward was also applied to the order even though the shoes weren’t eligible for a discount. I either would like a complete refund or a replacement in the correct size. It’s a shame because i was really looking forward to receiving these shoes.
Bit the bullet and shelled out $100 for these and honestly I have 0 regrets! They are extremely comfortable, I work retail at a hardware store so I'm constantly walking/lifting my whole shift. The mesh makes it very airy and breezy, the sole is bouncy and light, it really does feel like you're walking on clouds. And of course they're super cute and very versatile!
I recommend this shoe, but I don't recommend buying it from here. I received the completely wrong shoe not only once but TWO TIMES? I ordered 9 W / 7.5 M and was sent a 7.5 W / 6 M..... I saw a review saying someone else got the wrong size but I thought it probably wouldn't happen multiple times. I went in to return the shoes at an urban store and had them order me a new pair with the correct size. It came and I received a 7.5 W / 6 M again. And now my real size is out of stock ... disappointing
