I like the shoes, but Idk what HIBBETT was thinking. The Ups box arrived in perfect condition however upon opening the box I was welcomed with one completely destroyed box and another that was in rough shape itself. The white/ black box isn’t as in bad of shape. Please see my review of the white orange pair for reference. I purchased the white and Orange and the white and black and BOTH pairs had the liner/box paper all sorts of ripped up and both had the ortholite tags missing. I keep all of my tags and store all of my shoes in their boxes and I essentially can’t do this for these pairs. Why were these sent out in such condition? These are in the condition of the stuff you find on the sale racks. Super disappointed and probably sending back.

The. BB550 is a very attractive shoe, quality craftsmanship, and comfortable for walking and casual wear. Compared with other NB shoes, the 550's run more narrow. I can normally wear either a size 13 D, 13 2E, or 14 D in 990's, 860's, 880's, 1080's, etc., but with the 550's a 14 D is the smallest size that fits comfortably. They are also quite stiff when new and take some wearing to break in. Overall, I really like these shoes and already have several pairs in different colors that I wear often. Others will undoubtedly be added to my collection as new color ways come on line. Give them a try but err on the large side to get a comfortable fit.

I was shopping in the store for the red/wht/blk version of the NB 550 , but also, they wasout of stock ? therefore , I've made the purchase on the store website, Howevere, while Iwas in the store I made the purchase of the royal blue/wht/blk version , now I have 2 pairs.
These are literally the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. Do not buy them for work, do not buy them in general. They will kill your feet and Hibbet nor New Balance will do anything for you after purchasing and wearing them. I wish I could give negative stars for the entire experience.
Decent traction for court play. Shoe length is OK. Upper material is super stiff; it took several hours of use to break in. Not like modern mesh materials. Toe box is much narrower than normal sport shoes. If you’re on the border between standard and wide, this is one style to definitely get the wide size if available.
I bought these for my husband. The New Balance sneakers are very well made. My husband liked the canvas sneakers and said they were comfortable.
Shoes came super quick so shoutout to Hibbett! Unfortunately, as cute and trendy as these shoes may be, they are the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever put my feet in. They are so stiff and crease when you walk that the part that creases digs into the top of your foot so I now have blisters. Not kidding I wish I could return these immediately. Not a repurchase or a recommendation :/
I bought the black and white 550 New Balance and the got here in a quick manner. In which I very much so appreciate. The show box was undamaged and the shoes came brand new. No issues this way. Will be ordering more sooon!
great design,but quite narrow and long.it fits narrow and long, not true to size.for womens, it's long too and narrow. Some say it's big sized in womens, but not for me.I am a regular 9,5 womens, but I orderws a 10 due to narrowness. but best to try them on first before you buy.
