So, my son needed a half size bigger, and the first pair needed to be returned, but that was not a problem at all and I was able to just print out a shipping label and take them to my local UPS store. He said that these sneakers are really comfortable and very cool looking. He just loves them.

I did a pick order for the New Balance 550s! First of all, this was the only place I could find them in this color and have same or next day pickup, which I really needed because they were my boyfriends birthday present!! When I went in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help with something, the staff was super nice and sweet and got my transaction done very quickly!! Another worker also helped me pick out a shirt and was super helpful and sweet!
Ordered online for instore pickup and someone helped me out immediately when it was ready. Everyone was super friendly and they had great music. Great selection in general.In regards to the NB 550. One of my favorite silhouettes to wear right now. Love the shoe.

I finally was able to order a pair after them being sold out in my size for so long, and I loveee them! I adore the color, style, and how comfortable they are. There is a bit of padding along the ankle on the inside, so I would recommend going a half size bigger to get a better fit!
As usual, New Balance in-hand quality is unmatched. For a stylist, current style, it's also extremely comfortable. It's not a hyped colorway, so it breaks necks constantly.
Have wanted these shoes for a while, when I saw this colorway I knew I needed to buy them. First purchase from Hibbett and didn't realize how many retail locations were in my area. Chose in store pickup and they were ready super quick.
My daughter loves these! My daughter ruins shoes but she has kept these sneakers in great condition. I love how they look on her feet.
