So, my son needed a half size bigger, and the first pair needed to be returned, but that was not a problem at all and I was able to just print out a shipping label and take them to my local UPS store. He said that these sneakers are really comfortable and very cool looking. He just loves them.
I returned the shoes. I used the sizing information prior to this purchase through the New Balance website, and that didn't work. When I got the shoes, I could tell by looking at them they weren't anything close to U.S. men's size 13, more like men's 9 or women's 13. I couldn't even wedge the toes into the shoes, let alone the entire foot.I have no idea how New Balance determines its shoes sizes, but it wasn't worth loaning NB the money I forwarded for the shoes, until I received a refund today, 3 weeks later. No more buying shoes online for me.

I love the shoes I got but based on the picture that is on the website I thought they would be a different color. The website makes them look kinda beige and more earthy but when you get them in person they are just grey and white.
Hi, id just like to say that the picture on the website makes the shoe look much lighter in color than it actually is. I thought I bought a light gray shoe but the gray is pretty strong. Other than that, the quality is great & i love it.
I have a few NB 550s and the grey color is so cool. Goes with everything and they get of plenty of compliments. I typically go a half size up in 550s just for a little bit of room. Great shoes!
great design,but quite narrow and long.it fits narrow and long, not true to size.for womens, it's long too and narrow. Some say it's big sized in womens, but not for me.I am a regular 9,5 womens, but I orderws a 10 due to narrowness. but best to try them on first before you buy.
