I am very disappointed with the quality of those new balance. It’s the first time in my life I buy a new balance shoes and it’s also the last. I bought those shoes as birthday present for myself and it’s has been not even 2 months and they are already ruined. How is even possibile those shoes are a such cheap quality

Love these shoes. I have quite narrow feet and these shoes actually fit me really well. I’m used to having to tighten shoes so much that they warp at the bottom but with these I don’t have that problem. They are definitely true to size. And have comfortable support inside that my old Nike airforces lack. So happy I bought these instead of new Nike shoes

After waiting to get the 550s for over a year I was so excited when I was able to grab these. They are cool looking shoes but are terribly designed. The leather is too thick at the top of the shoe so every step you take when you walk the toe creases and it literally digs into where your big toe meets your foot. Never had this problem with a pair of shoes before. Think it was either the leather was made too thick or they designed the part of the shoe that bends when you walk wrong. So uncomfortable to walk in that I have bruises and friction. blisters on the tops of my foot from wearing these. Just so uncomfortable to walk more than 20 steps in these. I love these very hard to find 550's! They are a great retro shoe that pairs well with dressed up and down. The baby blue is girly without being too much so. In my opinion they run a little big. Could Jane give a half a size down. I'm a true 7 in sneakers.
They arrived not too long ago, but I love them. I have a pair of 574 (size 8.5), so I got the 550s in the same size and they fit perfectly. In other brands, I am a size 7.5 but in NB, I am an 8.5. Before buying NB shoes, I would recommend going to one of their store to get your foot sized, just to be safe.
I ordered these on the 21st and the delivery was delayed by 2 days due to Evri not being able to deliver. They’re really pretty but they’re not comfortable - they feel like they’re going to fall off every time I walk in them and just yesterday noticed a rip on one side. The other side is completely fine
Bought a while back and they still look new, they can wipe clean so easily. Very comfortable and my new go to shoes.
Purchased a month ago, I like them but they definitely run small. I wear a size 10 in women and i feel like they have a narrow fit and run small. If you want to purchase, I would suggest going to a store and trying on a pair, even if it’s not the ones you particularly want just to see how they would fit.
I returned these trainers as I thought they were made of leather as per the description. However, they are made of synthetic leather which doesn't justify the price. They are quite narrow and they won't stretch as they are synthetic.
I cannot say how well the shoes fit because they sent me two right shoes, both clearly worn, stretched out and in a smashed up box. ON hold for over 30 minutes to fix the problem and got hung up on. Had to go to the store and pay more to have them resend another pair.
