the shoe itself is very cute, my only problem is the fact that the first time i ordered a 9.5 as it didn’t specify mens/womens. Then when I got in a 6 and realized it must be a womens shoe I reordered it and got an 11.5 expecting to get a 9.5. Imagine my surprise when I actually get in a mens 8 and no where on the tag is an 11.5 size (what i ordered)…. so i will be returning AGAIN and checking another website to buy the same shoe.

I ordered a women’s size 9 thinking that’s the size I would get because everyone is ordering them thinking it’s men sizing, well I got them in a women’s size 7! The customer service chat wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer my question when I asked them what size I should order. So I ordered 2 more sizes hopefully one of them is correct. If not I will just give up!

I purchased online and picked up in store. Love the returns policy in the case they weren't the right fit. They came straight home with me. I love them, the fit, the pop of colour and the style. They are very comfortable and I have worn them daily since purchasing them

I loved the color story of this shoe in the raw sugar/navy, however the toe box was too narrow (squished toes in all directions). It fit me well everywhere else, and felt cushioned with decent arch support. I had previously bought the Fresh Foam X Lav v2 in an 8-1/2 which fit well in the toe area, but the 8-1/2 in this 550 shoe was just too constricting in the toe. A size 9 in the 550 would have probably worked better. There was a light smudge in the suede of the toe, and a wrinkle in the toe area. As a sidenote, I had requested to be notified when these came back in stock...that never happened. I had to keep checking on size status myself. Returning.
I was so excited to get a new pair of 550s and loved the colors. The shoes are comfortable and look amazing, but I was very frustrated to pull the shoes from the box to wear of the first time to realize the stitching holding the outer suede layer to the material underneath is unraveled, therefore allowing the corners to separate on both shoes. The stitching continues to unravel if worn. I am very disappointed and have always experienced great quality from new balance.
I love these shoes so much and got compliments on them the first time I wore them! Overall they’re really comfortable, but I wish I would’ve sized up one size. They originally felt fine when trying on, so I didn’t in fear of them being too clunky. But now after wearing them a few times I wish I did. They’re not too small to wear, just would’ve been a little more comfy if I did. I usually wear a 7.5 and should’ve gotten an 8.
Fit's true to size! The sole of the sneaker is cushiony and comfortable & goes with pretty much any outfit. Highly recommend! Already looking forward to buying another pair, different color :)
Before buying these, I was always under the impression to sized down for some reason. But don’t! I recommend buying your normal size, or even 1/2 size up if you want to wear thicker socks. It takes a few wears to break in a little, but they are super comfortable after that! This colorway is so adorable & a little less common too!
I wanted to love these, but Im honestly not impressed. The leather ones are so much better. The N ripped my first time wearing them & I wasn't even doing anything in them. A shame wish I could return
I was so excited to get these shoes in gray and white. But sadly they run almost a full size small and narrow. The size I need is of course not in stock. For reference, I’m usually a 6.5.Sending these back. 🥺
