The 57/40 is a great offering from New Balance! Def feels a little different from a 574 if that's your NB point of reference- more toe-box room in the 57/40 and the sole has a much larger contact surface to the ground, providing a better overall base. Comfortable, solid walker and chill-out style shoe. Too heavy for a true runner, imo. Lots of colorways- I'll buy again for sure! Hibbett's is great to buy from as always!

Getting my $ back was a disaster that took nearly 2 weeks after they received my returned shoes, (that I never walked in more than 6 feet).

I bought these shoes as a gift for my boyfriend who always wears New Balances, his last pair is pretty beat up now and they have lasted him a long time. I loved this pair, because of all the colors and what I didn't realize in the picture was the fabrics also vary. The aqua, dark blue, and olive colored patches are sort of a suede material - this makes me like them even more! I just had no idea when I bought them the variety of fabric used in the shoe.

Not only did it take almost 2 weeks to arrive, but I was also sent display shoes. Seriously? If I wanted shoes every Tom, Dick, and Harry touched and tried on, I would go to a secondhand store. I know they were because the store price sticker was on the insole, the shoebox paper was shoved under the shoes, and the shoebox was also in bad shape. Just overall pathetic service. The shoe is gorgeous but pretty pathetic I was sent used shoes. Because that is what they are.
These sneakers are so good!! The colors are vibrant, and don't let me get started on how comfortable they feel on my feet!! Literally like walking on a cloud!! I got a men's 6 which is a women's 8 and they fit perfect. New balance, PLEASE restock these in the grey!!!!
These shoes are too dope! The colors are perfect! The fit feels great! Unfortunately, I had to return the first pair I received because they were too big. I usually wear an eleven, and I have a pair of 574's that are elevens and they fit perfectly. But these 57/40's run a little big, so I had to go with a ten and a half.
Look amazing, comfortable. Great price. I love NB. These 8.5 seemed a hair big versus other 8.5 NB I own
