I loved the shoes, but they were too small. I've had other pairs of New Balance sneakers and have never needed a larger size than what I ordered. They were very comfortable at first but within a short time of wearing them my toes started to ache. I loved the electric blue color and the soft padded feel when I first put them on, Unfortunately I had to return them.

This is my 2nd pair of the Classic 574. I just purchased the blue. The color is vibrant. Love them. Comfortable and stylish. Classic 574 I am my true size 6 1/2. However, in the NB 840 Running shoe I wear size 7.

Shoes are comfortable for awhile but back hits my ankle/heel area.....and it hurts. Shoe is soft but I think my foot is just not used to them. Works better with a sock that's NOT a "no-show".
The look of this NB sneakers is pretty cool, however it runs very small. I normally wear a 6.5 but I bought a size 7 and it was tight. Had to return it. Got it in a different color and a size 7.5 which is a bit big. So not sure what size to get from NB.
Comfortable, supportive sole, good grip for my fellow clumsy peeps, and sharp looking. I'm short, so the back of the shoe rubs, but it'll be more comfortable when I break it in. Sprayed the suede with water resistant spray, and the color and texture remained solid.
This is the worst pair of shoes I have ever had from New Balance. The tongue on the right shoe is only sewn half way across the top and is very uncomfortable. The right one also makes a clopping sound when I walk.
Preschool teacher here. I can run super fast in my new blue shoes!! My kiddos say I'm sooooo fast. Comfortable for a full 10 hour work day. No sore feet.
I bought the 7.5 base on another review that states that it runs small. My 9 year old daughter wears a size 6 and the 7.5 is right to her fit. She won't wear it long, which is unfortunate. I still give it a five star rating, because it's nice, despite me no ordering a larger size.
I'm always wearing Nikes and this is my first NB. Apparently I needed half size bigger because now my feet are out of space and it's very hard to walk.I've never read the color name that it's violet haze. In the photo for me it was baby blue. Appeared that it's violet:)Don't trust the photo.
