I got my boyfriend these shoes, his first pair of new balance actually. There’s so many different styles I thought he might like, but these hit the nail on the head. He loves them. The best casual wear shoes he’s ever had. 10/10 recommend!

These are great shoes for nearly anything. They beyond comfortable and wear great. Great with shorts, jeans, khakis, you name it. They last much longer than so many other shoes available. If you treat these with some suede/leather waterproofing spray, they become all weather shoes (need to treat ever 2-4 weeks). I will buy these from Joe's New Balance anytime they have them. Can usual find for $60-80 and are well worth it!

I bought these online because I live in an area where there's hardly any choices for men's shoes, sneakers, etc unless I drive over an hour away.. the look great, and seem to have solid construction but are the rest of the men's feet in the world this narrow?! The length of the shoe is right, but the width is like putting my feet through binding torture! I really wish they would make shoes that fit wide feet, but like All the other shoe makers it seems that pretty is prioritized over function.

Frustrated with the lack of even exchanging with Hibbett. The shoes were exactly what I wanted but when I needed to get a different size, the shoes were no longer on sale so they cost me an extra $20. If you are just exchanging sizes, you should be able to get them for the same price.
The 574 Rugged shoes are a little heavier and stiffer than the Classic. Come in some wild color combinations that likely will appeal more to the younger folks than to the geriatric crowd. The fit is similar to the Classic. I like the Rugged model and now have three pairs that I wear around town and for yard work. They are comfortable and well made. If you are looking for a shoe with a thicker sole and a little more heft than the Classic then these are worth a look.
This is my first time purchasing the rugged version of the 574's. The rugged shoes are heavier and bulkier that a regular 574. I ended up returning my shoes. These shoes are perfect for men. As a woman, I will not purchase the rugged version of the 574's. I'm going to stick with the regular 574's.
The quality is good, but they are definitely smaller than the 420s and it should probably be noted that going up half a size is necessary. I'm going to try stretching them a bit and hope that works, but the fit is definitely on the smaller side. Took a while to receive them in the mail too. Purchased two pair and was surprised to see that they weren't mailed together.
The New balances that I purchased from the hibbets sports website was delivered to me 3 days after ordering which I was satisfied with the quickness of them arriving to my porch. The box that they were in was in good condition and also the shoes were in good condition and the shoes looked just like how they was on the website. There was a problem that I did have with receiving my shoes and that is the holes where the shoe laces go, two of the holes were not even a hole i had to poke two different holes for the shoe laces.
I was excited to get these beautiful shoes for my son for Christmas, but we had to return them because the shoe doesn't fit right. He usually wears an 8.5 in New Balance, but it was too tight. Unfortunately, neither the 8.5, 9, nor the 9.5 works. We got our money back and went with a different brand. The 3 stars are because of the great style and colors.
I got a size 1/2 too small. They fit true to size. That’s for true.?? overall though okay. I don’t like the bulky look in the front I thought was the same look from heel to toe. I’m sure it’s for people with wider feet. Not really my style either, but was told they’re great work shoes.
