I’m glad these are back “in”. Bought them for my teenage son. His only complaint is he was disappointed that there’s no reflective material on this colorway like many of the other 574’s. Also I feel they run a little big. If you’re between sizes I would size down.Other than that it’s a great shoe for the price. Shipping took a little longer than expected but overall it was still pretty quick.

Very comfy trainer, used for commuting and also exercising, did body combat class in them and they had good grip and gave me no back pain so good for higher impact activities. I'm usually a size 6 but I took the advice of the other reviewers for this style and purchased size 6.5 which is super comfy. It was a little loose around the ankle so I used the extra side eyelet and that resolved the issue. I'd give these a 5 star for comfort but they made my feet overly warm so I didn't find them as airy for temperature control as other trainers I own. Nice colour options and this beige/grey/white mixture goes with lots.

Love New Balance! I find their trainers especially the 574 really comfortable whilst looking good. I wasn't sure I liked this colour way (grey, yellow and black) but found it in store and they look a lot nicer than the photo online. Colours are quite neutral so will go with most outfits. New balance sizing seems a bit small I'm a 6.5 but size up to a 7 which fits perfectly. This style is also quite wide which works for me

The shoes look great which is why I was drawn to them when I saw them online. Ordered a pair and they didn't disappoint, the comfort is also very nice. Not as good as my 990v6's but I was expecting that. My only gripe and what ended up causing me to send them back was the inside material (lighter gray) almost looks like a t-shirt material and something about it didnt resonate with me. I also feel like these would be a nightmare to clean. otherwise great looking shoe.
I recently bought these sneakers for my son to wear to school, and they have exceeded my expectations. The comfort level is outstanding, making them perfect for all-day wear. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, which my son loves. The laces are also a great length, making them easy to tie securely. Overall, these sneakers are a fantastic choice for both style and comfort. Highly recommended!
I received my sneakers today and I couldn't be more pleased! They are very comfortable and I'm loving the color combination in person. The neutral tones are perfect for any season in my opinion, but I am definitely looking forward to styling them this fall!My only piece of advice would be to size up half a size, as I did. Although I ultimately ordered these online thru Bloomies, I had the opportunity to try them on elsewhere in a different color - but they did not have my actual size in stock. So, when I tried on a 6 1/2, I realized that not even my normal size 7 would be a good fit in this sneaker - they were a tad too tight around the toe. I'm pleased I ordered a 7 1/2 and eliminated a return/exchange for a more comfortable fit. Hope this helps - they're great!

First, I never received an email telling me that my order was ready for pick up. My first clue was an email asking for a review of my purchase. Second, There was no apology when I mentioned this to the customer service rep. Third, we opened the box when we got home only to find that Nordstrom had substituted the shoe I had ordered for a different one. The one I ordered had bungee laces and they substituted a shoe with standard laces. This is going back on Sunday when we will be at the mall.
I’ve been buying the 574s for many years. It seems the quality with this pair has taken a nose dive. They are cheap feeling. No doubt they have been produced at a lower cost or a different producer bc the quality is noticeably different than what it has been in the past. Do better new balance.
I usually run between a 9 and 9 1/2 so I ordered these sneakers in a 9 1/2, but when I tried them on the were really short. The color also looked a lot more cream in person then it seemed online. The exterior and sole looked good, I can't speak to the wear of the tread though. The inside however looked unfinished. I know these shoes are below $100, however they should still look 'polished'.
