It's a great product. I love the fit but I was looking for a neutral color shoe. This color has a tint of pink of it, somewhat of a light salmon color. I thought it was a creme color and maybe I overlooked the description and it stated that - I just have to double check. Overall, the shoe itself is not bad. I just can't match it with stuff I wanted it to be.

First off, these shoes are beautifully made, trendy, and extremely comfortable. I am a scientist and find myself standing a majority/walking of some days, and these shoes have been perfect for that setting. I also wore these to Disneyland and my feet didn't hurt once the entire time in these! I'm not sure why so many people feel that these aren't true to size- I typically wear a 5 or 5.5 and the 5 fit me comfortably.

I bought these in my usual size (9) and had to return them for a larger size (definitely size up!). The customer service was insane - I’m talking replies within 15mins at 830pm at night. I ordered the larger size at 10am Thursday and they were at my door Friday afternoon.The shoes are amazing - look great and are super comfy. But they do run small. All my other NB are size 9 and I ordered a 10 in these.

The shoe does not have the same color as in the picture, what was something very disappointing for me, because I really loved the color in the picture.Size runs small, so if you are in between sizes, I recommend you go for the larger.It is weird, but sometimes it feels weird walking with the shoes... it was the first time I bought a product from New Balance.Despite all of this, I think the shoe looks elegant. I am trying to learn to like the real color.
Love these trainers - bought as I was looking for something in a darker colour. I already have 327’s so was hoping these would be just as comfy and I wasn’t disappointed. They go with loads too and I’ve had so many compliments. I’m usually a 7.5 and got an 8 and they just fit! So I’d say slightly on the small side.
I'm not the biggest sneaker girl but I do love new balances because they usually come in cute colors & they're affordable compared to most other sneaker brands. I am typically an 8.5 wide or 9 regular in women's shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 in new balances but I ordered a 9 because I was unsure even before I read the reviews (ordered from a different site). The 9 fit super tight-my toe was at the very top of the shoe. I ordered a 9.5 so I'm hoping that will work because I love these so much. Size up at least 1/2 size
These are so cute and squishy BUT they run extremely small. I went up a half size and they are beyond tight. Additionally, before even putting them on I noticed wrinkles in the fabric on the toe box area like they are sewn wrong. I reached out to customer service by email and phone about getting another pair with a price adjustment since I had an ID.me coupon on my original purchase and they weren't helpful and redirected me to ID.me. Of course, they said it was a New Balance issue so I receive no help from either company.
I purchased half a size bigger (6.5) after reading that these come up small however they were still at least a size too small, possibly two sizes too small!They are however an extremely beautiful trainer and would be very comfortable if you manage to guess your correct size.They're very well made and the soles feel as though you're walking on clouds & true to size, width wise.I'm going to return and purchase 2 sizes up.
First time I bought this was a size 9 thinking it was men's and it was too smallI bought it a second-time size 10 but my toes touched the tip of the shoe and it was at this point that I realized the shoe box said it was a women's shoe so I'm gonna have to return this one too and buy a size 10.5I'd say go size 1.5 size up if youre a manall in all a beautiful shoe just unfortunate that I have toreturn it twiceASOS needs to do better by listing shoes as men's or womens
