NB has always been my go to shoe company, but they don’t come out with the style I like very often. Then I saw these and loved the look of this shoe and immediately purchased it. This shoe is not true to size. Way too tight. Sent back for refund.
My 1st pair of NB. I love the style and quality. I purchased these over the 574s because of the colorway. I don’t get the life ratings, I wear a US 10 and they fit perfectly.
I had to return these for being too tight. The length was okay, but it was a poor fit around the foot. I wear a 13 mens.
I ordered this Made in UK model and received a completely different shoe. I also paid for overnight shipping because I wanted them delivered in time for a trip I’m going on. I’ve been on the phone with customer service for over an hour waiting to speak to a “supervisor” because I’m being told I won’t be able to process a return and they will not be able to ship me the correct shoe I ordered.
