I love these shoes. They are very fashionable, but even more importantly, they are super comfortable! Many shoes cause discomfort to my feet after wearing them for an extended period of time, but I can wear the New Balance 650 all day with no problems. I bought them in two colors because I love them so much!

I ordered the New Balance 650 on October 30, 2023. I never ordered from Champs Sports before and, given my overall customer experience, I will never order from here again. The shoes themselves came shipped upside down in a shoe box that fell apart when I picked them up. The shoes look worn. I called the customer service line who, over the course of a 35 minute phone call, offered nothing to rectify the experience. The phone experience was bad in itself, even after speaking to the supervisor named Carlos. Anyone at the store should have seen the problems in how they shipped the shoes and the shoes themselves.
Initially I was so happy to see New Balance sneakers with some ankle support; however, they don't Yet come in wide width. Periodically I will buy men's footwear just for the extra width, but even these, from my favorite brand, were not wide enough for me. I got several of them in different colors because they were such a good price but right now I can't even wear any of them. ā¹ļø (I can't rate the quality of them because I haven't been able to wear them.) Please, please make wider widths and/or women's, including wide width, with ankle support (aka high-tops). Thank you.
I love these trainers! Theyāre so comfortable and the colour is great too, I bought the gray.The only thing better is my shopping experience, honestly couldnāt have been better. Purchased one day delivered the next, even though delivery stated 3-5days.Overall very happy
They cover your hands and keep you warm INside. It seems when it gets down past a certain temperature, they cease retaining warmth and just feel cold. If you get them wet, it's all over.
I have ordered New Balance sneaker size 9.I received a size 8.5. I have returned thesize 8.5 to the Nordstrom Rack in Syracuse, NY. This store would not refund the shipping charge. I have had to call up customer service to have to refund the shipping charge. Thisextra call was inconvenient!!
Great pair of sneakers, exceeded expectations. Fit is right in the money, love the retro look and feel. Might find another pair in a different color scheme just in case they stop producing these.
I have very bad ankles and the high top provides much needed support and stability for my ankles
