Bought my 5th pair! Eyelet snapped after second wear. Bad quality. Terrible customer service. Asked for the refund but it’s been rejected as I worn them once. Totally unacceptable!

These shoes are sooo comfortable and cute always get compliments. Will buy this shoe in another color!
I have this pair in a different color. I love the casual look of them. You can dress them up with a pair of trouser or down with a pair of sweats/leggings. Not only are they cute to dress with but they are also very supportive! My feet are small (usually a size 6.5 women’s / 5 men’s / 5y kids) and have a slight arch, just for a reference. They may run slightly big because I did go for a size 4.5 men’s. I wore these to an all day visit to an amusement park and my feet did not hate me. Of course I still got slightly sore in the legs and bottom of my feet the next day. But that’s like working out, of course you’ll be sore the next day.
Bought this while on sale . Very happy with it! It feels like I’m walking on a cloud so comfortable!!!
I bought these a month ago and I absolutely love them, the design, colour and quality. Gorgeous trainers. I wouldn’t say they run small exactly but there isn’t as much give in them as some of my other trainers. I don’t think I could wear them with thick socks.
Ordered these as a Christmas gift for my son. Never got them. Ups shows delivery to an address that I made clear from the proof pic wasn’t my address. New Balance didn’t help at all said ups will do an investigation which was nonsense because I paid NB not UPS. They took weeks after Christmas to get back n says yea Ups says they delivered. What kind of investigation is that? Company has no care for customers and I was ripped off paid for something n got nothing at the end of it all. I’ll stick with Nike or Puma. Will never deal with NB ever again.
I received a completely deferent shoe color and they were trying to tell me that the Silver color I received it's the correct color.
Love these trainers. Have a few pairs of NB but these are my best buy! So comfortable and stylish. I can wear them with anything
